The bathroom size is a bit uncomfortable. Not many options for breakfast, and if it's your first time in Shanghai, the location is not very convenient if you want to go downtown. If you have a long layover in Hongqiao Airport and need to get there later, it's a good location.

The room size is okay for a couple of nights. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The toilet isn’t very private so I wouldn’t recommend sharing a room with someone not so close. Also the flushing isn’t good however there was no sign suggesting that you couldn’t flush toilet paper.

The area is really nice. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was absolutely fine, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but honestly, they are perfectly adequate and comfortable. During our stay in Shanghai, we went on a 3-day trip to Hangzhou and were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel – everything went smoothly, without any issues. The hotel is very easy to reach by metro from anywhere in the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

If you are staying for couple days the breakfast is becoming boring and plain, same everyday.

The room was fully equipped with everything you need. Even slippers. Also It was very quiet.

The rooms are too small it caused me to be claustrophobic I had to move out, water flows out if one takes a shower

Breakfast is nearly nothing. I skipped both mornings after seeing what they served. A bit far from closet metro station and nothing much in the neighborhood.

Clean and efficient operation. Big bed with clean bedding sheet & pillow. There is even a hair dryer in a drawer next to the bed as well. Shower functions well with strong flow.

Receptionists are not that friendly, rarely smile. Internet connection is bad and not stable. Breakfast is mediocre. Only a bun, toast, Chinese congee.

Location is a bit far from the city centre. About 10 min walk from the nearest metro station (Hechuan Road) and it takes about 30-45 mins metro ride to city. Room is small but it is clean.

Very nice hotel, good room with good beds, daily cleaning, chinese breakfeast, power adaptor for european power supplies, around a kilometer from the next metro station. Nice quarter, some good restaurants around. Really good price / value relation.

Location is great, espacially if you come from Europe, you have everything in this area, room in the hotel is ok but WC is very small and not comfortable.

The location is convenient, close to the metro, opposite a park. The breakfast is acceptable, every morning the same: one egg, and one steamed dumpling, 2 types of jam and bread. The room is clean, but there is no soundproofing. During the night I couldn't sleep because of this, the staff was nice, they helped me to move to another room, communication in English was difficult.

We enjoyed our stay at KeTangJian. It is about a ten minute walk to the nearest metro station which was super convenient and helpful for getting around. The breakfast in the morning was so great and filling. Excellent value for the price you pay. The bed was comfortable and AC worked very well. The only things we would note is sometimes our room smelled like smoke either from the hallway or the towels and our room did not have a window which we knew when booking but made it difficult for the air to flow. However, overall we had a great stay.
