Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Location was super. Green line 1 Metro exit F is just steps away from hotel and connects to all major attractions. They serve freshly brewed coffee, hot Chinese drinks and cold lemon water in lobby plus an in room kettle that you can boil water for instant coffee and tea bags. Hotel room is very AI and spacious. Highly recommend in Louhu area.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CM Service Apartment Shenzhen Dongmen. The location is excellent and close to shopping , restaurants and subways. I stayed at the Executive Studio Apartment on 6th Floor with a lovely view of the Dongmen area. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with Microwave oven, good sized refrigerator complete with tableware and even a rice cooker. Best of all the staff especially Doreen , Vivi , Lili , David and Mr Pai have been super helpful and friendly. I will certainly come back for a return visit soon.

United StatesThe "AI" or whatever it is in the room is difficult to work if you don't know Chinese, which made it inconvenient to manage things like the lights, curtain, and especially room temperature, which seemed to reset itself sometimes. While not a problem with the hotel, it's worth noting that, while this area has a lot of places to eat and shop, it is far from many other parts of the city most people visit, so in that way it's a bit inconvenient. Shenzhen is so big that it takes over an hour to go from one end to the other by metro.
Although most of the staff doesn't speak english, they are very willing to help however they can via Google Translate. The room provided lots of seating and the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is good if you want to be near Dongman Market, and mere steps from a metro station.
