Location was not near train station, but was cheap and easy convienient to take taxis using DiDi. Has convenient store and super market to get anything you want just downstairs across the street.

A exceptional clean and hospitality hotel apartment. The good hospitality was from hotel staffs including cleaner. I booked a 2 rooms premium apartment was big , clean and bright. My elder mum had a better sleep here than at home. It has everything we needed, including washing machine with detergent provided. Kitchen was also well equipped, shower water pressure was good for showering. We can ask for anything needed if there is shortage including extra blanket , pillows. 5 + 1 stars rating overall.

Breakfasts is local too much., I stay 7-8 years ago and nice to say again. But hotel need renovation ( some small items decently need to change ; such as electric armatures and etc…) also they have to pay cleaning more, there was still some paint dirty..

Good location and still good for long term stay. Workers in reception and other worker need to improve their English language

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Many shop surrounded hotel, the nearest train station CoCo Park Shopping 1.3km away from hotel. The shopping so convenient from out from train follow exit E can straight go into mall entrance B2.

Very nice and welcoming front desk and powerful air conditioning in the whole hotel. The delivery robot came in handy multiple times during our stay. The breakfast was also better than expected. Will come again.

It is sometimes difficult to communicate with the staff as their English is sometimes limited but it’s the same everywhere in China.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. The location is very convenient within walking distance from Coco Park.

I booked the jacuzzi bath room when I checked-in. However, the reception staff forgot to reserve it for me. Luckily, it was not booked by another person and so, I could still manage to book it before I checked-out.

It's my second stay at this hotel. I like the private Jacuzzi bath, sauna and steam room most.

The location is great, very close to the train station. The staff is so nice and friendly, got a free upgrade. The only thing that can be improved is that the mirror in the bathroom is either aged or not cleaned

Most importantly, the staff at the accommodation were excellent, specifically Charlene who went above and beyond to help us in the middle of an emergency after we had already checked out. Some of the receptionist does not speak English. Sauna took long time to prepare, and not enough hot.

My booking was through agent and before I made the booking, I checked with them for the number of toilet that the 3-bedroom suite has and I got the answer of each bedroom has one toilet. When I checked in I found that only 2 toilets in the 3-bedroom suite and I can’t emphasise my disappointment as this is the most important criteria that we chose to stay in this hotel. No offer from the hotel for compensating our loss.
