However, only one of the two bedrooms, and one of the two toilets were unlocked for use at first. It took some wrestling to get the frontdesk to unlock the second bedroom and toilet.

United KingdomThey don't speak English at all. The facilities are old, worn and damaged. The whole place needs refurbishment and the daily breakfast is the same every day. Room service only operates for a couple of hours each day. And the laundry service takes much longer than they said. The photos on the website were taken at least 10 years ago or digitally enhanced. It does not look that nice at all in reality.

AustraliaThe price didn’t justify the look and facilities inside the rooms. The washing machine was really difficult to operate. The dryer was keep on getting paused. Didn’t have proper exhaust in the toilet and bathroom. The ad showed breakfast included for two people but we have been charged for all the people. Effectively no free breakfast for ‘anyone’ . We have been told booking.com didn’t include any breakfast included the order. It could be their problem then. We were not really happy about it

United Kingdomfirst time writing a negative hotel review. For a hotel accepting intentional guests, this hotel does not even try to speak to its guests. Expect to use a translator on your mobile for everything. There is also a mention of room service BUT there isn't any and NO one speaks English within the hotel to find any other food options, Breakfast was very basic not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. We gave up at all times as there was no way to get any information from the hotel reception at any time. Disappointing hotel promoted a lot but did not deliver.

IndiaI had by personal oversight forgot to take my cash of US$ 1000 in the safe deposit box of my room , which I realised 6 hours after checking out of the room in the afternoon, I called the front desk reception and they were not helpful at all & told me 9am was too late to investigate my complaint ans they can only look onto my complain after 9am next day . Subsequently I did receive a call from the property manager Miss Sissy the next day and she said that they did question the house keeping staff but didn't find any cash in the room Safe Box , which I found a bit odd as they delayed the investigation process to next day which is simply unprofessional and unacceptable by any standards ! So overall a very traumatic and bad experience due to lack of attention & priority and delayed action on guests $1000
