Pre-checkin: I was charged twice before I even checked in here so it was alarming, but they refunded both. It's the first time that I've been charged twice before checking in. Staff: Not as helpful like other hostels where they can give you local recommendations. They are just there to process your check in and check out. Location: Very hard to find if you are coming from the train station. Staff tried to help us find the place but they don't speak English. If you're coming from the metro train, go to the right to where the mall is, then you have to turn right again to see the entrance to the "apartments".

Room: Very spacious, furniture and appliances are similar to a hotel. Some of the cupboards look old, but they were able to maintain the room well enough. Comfy and huge bed, pillows and couch. It is as pictured. Laundry: Washer and dryer with two soap sachets available for free. If you need more than two loads of laundry, you have to buy laundry soap. Location: Near Metro Line 3, very convenient. Has Family Mart, restaurants, tea shops Staff: They are okay, don't speak English. They just send how to use the wifi, laundry and heating via WeChat. Bonus: You can get free drinking water from the 24-hr reception at the first floor.

Dirty, mould, no air conditioning and the wifi did not work. The sheets were clean but the hotel room was not.

They tricked us by saying breakfast is included, turns out it's a piece of pastry and kids milk left at the door in the morning, basically cat food! The staff keep writing to me in Chinese and asking me to translate it. The rooms is deteriorated, there is duct tape everywhere holding things together. Wallpaper is falling off!! Nothing like the photos.

This property is FAKE. All the photos they have published are photoshoped. The nice tall byilding they have pictured is not their building. Their byilding is old and has no reception area, we spent more than 30 mins looking for it.

Breakfast was bad. A small bun and a carton of milk from a convenient store. So disappointed. The room wooden floor was in a bad state. Can trip if is not careful. Free transfer to canton Fair, only hotel to fair, not a return trip. Price is so high compare to local rate (4 times more expensive). No facilities in the hotel.

This is a double storey homestay apartment where checking in is at the south lobby of the building. Nice quiet apartment with full window view of the city has a small kitchen; no utensils, where the bedroom and bathroom is at the upper level. Convenient location with close distance to the metro station and nearby mall where there are wide range of restaurant for choice.
