NOISE. There is 24/7 traffic noise, and the hotel even supply ear plugs for sleeping. The kitchen has virtually no equipment (see pictures) You have to ask for a pot, pan, knife etc. For this quality one would expect a bit more.

It’s right next to a church. So, it gets noisy several times during the day, also at 7/8 in the morning because of the bells. Next to the reception, there is a buñuelos place, so it smells no so nice when you access to the building.

Everything was great, some things would make the stay better, such as a towel for the floor in the bathroom or a kettle in the kitchen. All kitchen stuff is available at the reception though. Overall nothing major to point out

Good value for money, rooms on the top floors have a great view of the city. The hotel is close to the primer parque so it's close to nice cafes and restaurants. There is also a breakfast and cafe place right downstairs. The bed was really comfy. The hotel has a nice design using local artisans, including sombreros volteados and local art which is a nice touch.

The kitchen is bare bones. They will provide a coffee maker, minimal pots and pans, knife and cutting board, but you have to go reception to request it all separately. If you also request a kitchen towel, sponges or soap to clean the items, they offer to sell you a “cleaning kit”. It wasn’t expensive, but it’s an irritating business model. Also, listing said there was a washing machine in the room. There is not and they charge a fortune for laundry. You do have a drying rack in the room and scrub sink you could use to wash clothes by hand. There is a church directly across the street. You hear the church bells and the services in the morning. We thought it was lovely, but it might disturb a light sleeper. They do provide good earplugs which help.

Very comfortable bed, great shower, spacious room. Easy walk to tons of restaurants, bars, shops and the metro in Laureles. It was nice having a kitchen for a few days.

It would be nice if they had a fitness room or better workstations for people working remotely.

An amazing place to stay, at a good price. The staff are great, the rooms are nice, tha AC is crisp. Located near many of the best spots in Medellin. Could not be more satisfied with my choice to stay here. Some people mention noise, which I could see being a factor, but I have a room on one of the higher floors and it is not an issue for me at all. If it's a big consideration for you, consider getting one of the nicer rooms. One thing to note is that the provided toilet paper is very bad. Getting some of your own at the nearby grocery store will be a worthwhile investment, I promise you. Despite this issue, everything else is amazing and this hotel deserves a solid 5 stars.

Excellent staff and clean rooms. Great restaurant nearby the view is spectacular if you choose a room with a balcony. The location is very good and quiet at night.

When we left (we were 14 of us in 7 rooms), apparently, they did not find a plate in one of the rooms and they charged as 30 mil pesos. Now - the manager said that the owner was a stickler for such things and that he would lose his job if he did not charge for that missing plate. We paid and left, but it left a sore feeling. Why would anyone carry home a plate with them?

If I were traveling for work, it would have been nice to have a small desk and chair for working remote/attending meetings. This trip it was not a priority however.

There was a gap near the door to the balcony. So while the traffic here is not bad and the place is relatively quite, I wish the area was completely sealed off.

Super clean rooms, great internet, and super professional staff. It is away from noisy CRA 70 and yet a street away. So you get all that you want of CRA 70 - the food, bars, street food, and yet none of the noise. The main church is just across the balcony and is a spectacular sight. You can also see the cityscape from the balcony.

The only one thing that made this place not perfect for me is the noise of the clubs playing their music starting around 8 p.m. untill 3a.m ... Bcuz I'm a light sleeper this bothers me. But for people that can sleep thru outside noises then this place will be perfect.

The staff and the room was excellent, very clean and space just enough and the location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery and Metro.

Be aware that there's a church across the street and bells for Mass ring early in the morning. Like everywhere in Medellin, there is street noise, but it didn't bother us much. We had to purchase dish soap and a sponge to wash dishes in the kitchen.

This hotel was a great value. We had a very comfortable room with modern kitchen and bathroom. The location is good with a grocery store, bakery and bars nearby. The laundry facilities were especially useful at this mid-point of our trip.

The washer machine was not in the room but in a common area and had to be paid for use. The service was advertised as included as part of the room.
