Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel Medellin were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and were always there to answer any questions that we had. They even held our bags and let us use the pool for a few hours after our check out time as our flight wasn't until the evening. They spoke english, and spanish and were always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast (which is included) was so great! They had a continental breakfast as well as an entire menu of fancier meals that you could order (also included!). We had an amazing time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Colombia.

Absolutely stunning property with outstanding service. Being American with no Spanish speaking skills was no issue. Staff spoke great English. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Can’t wait to return.

Limited breakfast option

We had one night a drunk Spanish lady shouting at 11 pm fighting with his partner. The fight about a prostitute!!! Very unpleasant! The hotel should ensure this type of situation don’t take place in a hotel such as this!!!

Amazing design and incredible space. Wonderful helpful staff. Great restaurants and cool spaces. It is in an amazing location and everyone there is very kind and helpful. Thanks especially to Daniel for his extra help when we missed our flight. Great breakfast and wonderful for walking around. Felt very safe.

They have a policy of no guests in the rooms (but in the restaurant is ok) and no smoking on the property. But I saw people smoking in the restaurant and a friend of mine wasn’t allowed in the restaurant/bar. So… they choose when to enforce the rules and amend them at will.

Rooms a bit dark, exposed shower could be awkward if sharing a room

Staff was really helpful, the whole hotel had a very cool vibe, breakfast was great, bed super comfortable, and the various restaurants and bars provided lots of options if you didn’t want to leave the hotel.

No gym. The layout of some of the rooms with the bathrooms/sinks is a bit odd.

The staff were incredible, going out of their way to help us navigate the city and enjoy our stay. The design of the hotel is beautiful, including the rooftop bars where we enjoyed amazing cocktails.

NO GYM. It does not make any sense not to have one.

The Hotel is spectacularly designed. It’s a tropical paradise, it almost like a temple that has been reclaimed by nature, however the concrete and iron has keep the space relevant and has made nature and allied and its unapologetic. The restaurants are great, the Greek restaurant it’s the best, I think it’s deserving a Michelin review. Overall it’s a hip, unique archeological treasure. My only complaint and I told them on the more than an occasion is that a gym MUST be added. I wan to thank socially to all the staff. They were all very kind.

The hallways are too dark. There’s a step before the elevators at the sky bar, that should be signaled o labeled. My cousin fell on her knees due to this.

It’s a fun place to stay, without sacrificing comfort. The first hotel with a loud music at night that doesn’t get into the rooms or affects your night rest.

See through glass shower in the junior suite plus the wash basin in the room, not a great design choice. Otherwise fab.
