The low lighting and compact space made it difficult to do my makeup and the bathroom door opening inwards in a small space made it a snug fit! Low voltage in the area meant my hairdryer wouldn’t work - the hotel did provide one though.

The hotel was a hub of activity from the moment we arrived. It was a safe and exciting place to stay. Breakfast was included and delicious; staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the range of restaurants within the hotel were a bonus and the rooftop terrace with pool, bar and cocktails were all excellent features that added to the experience. The rooms were clean and as described on the website; the same-day laundry service proved to be fantastic and the ability to contact the hotel team via WhatsApp made communication easy.

No spa on location. Wanted to have a massage with my partner but it was not possible to do this.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the experience was the best. Great location, more than amazing service and staff. Really comfortable room, quiet even if in the El Poblado. Breakfast was amazing, great food. Restaurants inside the hotel have amazing quality food. 2 beautiful rooftops bars. Everything was perfect. We always asked restaurant suggestions to the staff for dinner outside the hotel, and we always got great experiences and amazing food.Same for tours. They organised everything for us and all was perfect. We stayed in Medellin a few nights before travelling to Cartagena. The first time, I was sad to leave a hotel.

Rooms are extremely small, with no drawers and no closet. One of the rooms with no view, at least paint the wall in front for a better view. Breakfast is not at the level of this hotel. Cold pastries.

Location, concept, vibe. The people, customer service, great. Always going beyond to make sure you are taking care.

The entire hotel is a vibe. The smallest of details, from what the sticker says on the toilet paper to the fun signage in the hallway, keeps you smiling and excited to be staying there. The staff, especially at the kitchen, were so friendly and welcoming. OMG and the pillows were the best I've ever had at a hotel.

Rooms are a bit small. They charge per person so when I arrived and thought I had paid for two rooms to accommodate three of us they charged me more.

A huge effort to integrate design and art into every aspect of this hotel. The interior courtyard is a quiet respite from the bustling and fun neighborhood but is also full of youthful life and vegetation. All the snacks and drinks in the mini fridge are free! Super friendly service.
