Breakfast was great. Staff great. But one thing we still carry with us. The music in th restaurant is out of this world. We created a music list that is still evolving, and it started right there. Click clack hotel is for those with good taste.

The restaurant staff were not attentive at all. They messed up my order twice. And multiple times I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get anyone’s attention.

The room has cupboards but lacked space to store your luggage if you don't want to unpack everything.

Great location in a quiet and safe area of Bogota. The room was small but cozy, unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the balcony. Amazing breakfast with a wide range of fruits and options for various diets. We had a small problem with the room and the staff was super friendly and helpful in finding a quick solution so we could enjoy our stay.

My room booking was upgraded to a room with a little deck. The room was still small, and the deck didn't really offer an interesting view. I guess it provides just the comfort of being able to sit outside (if not raining, of course!). Also, the shower had a fixed rain top mounted shower head with no additional hose, which makes it really hard to shower for those of us trying to avoid getting our hair wet. Not a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient.

Breakfast is great! Really cool hotel with a very social vibe but still corporate and mature. The rooftop bar is a great hangout. Staff is very professional, friendly, and hospitable. Room was full of little details like beverages, extra pillows, etc.

The staff, the staff are unbelievably good. Attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The room cleaner even decided to sort my untidy mass of cables, and when i returned to the room that were neatly coiled with cable ties! The breakfast buffet. Really a top three lifetime breakfast buffet, pipped for me only by the one at the Hyatt Regency in Hawaii

Room layout is not practical, for example king bed has only one night table and bathroom sink faces a window and has no mirror. You get noise from the street.

Interesting concept, very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent; best banana pancakes and French toast ever. Loved the different fruits. However the windows were not well insulated and even with a room in the side street there was a lot of street noise coming from the main road.

Everything was great.

Design. Design.Design. Every single detail in this hotel is a testament of a great architecture and interior design. I loved my stay here and wish I could stay few more days. Beds are super comfortable, with 3 different kind of pillows to choose from, rooms and facilities are spotless. Breakfast was great and staff is helpful and friendly, they organised my airport transfers and a massage. Location is in the quiet and green part of the city with many great restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. I will come back for sure.
