Nothing, I liked everything about this hotel my entire 2 night stay.

This hotel was fantastic! Loved the location, centrally located in the Punda side of Willemstad and an easy walk to many notable attractions in the city. My room was great and had everything I needed for a great stay. My room balcony was spectacular with stunning views. The rooftop bar + restaurant called Cascada had amazing panoramic views up there and was a real vibe especially on Friday and Saturday night. The staff were very kind and welcoming, all in all I’d say the best overall hotel you could stay at in Willemstad.

I didn't like how they linked me with a taxi driver who didn't own their own vehicle. She was not a real taxi. However she Hotel made it better by reimbursement of my cab ride and a few a paid taxi to a wonderful beach.

I did not appreciate that I requested and ironing board and it was broken, and when I informed them of this I did not received a new one.

I didn’t like that as a paying customer to the hotel that we had to pay for parking everyday. We couldn’t sleep in late because my spouse had to run down 8am to pay the meter so that we didn’t get clamp. Yes they do have an app that you can also use to pay the parking fee but it didn’t work for us. Also I didn’t like that our room didn’t have a microwave. Housekeeping did come to clean our room everyday but never changed the bed sheets so we slept in the same sheets for a week (we only noticed that it wasn’t being changed by day 3-4 because there were stains from food that we ate. I’m not confrontational so I didn’t complain to the front desk about it and I begged my partner not to because I would’ve felt bad for the housekeeper and embarrassed). Lastly they could use a second elevator. The restaurant and bar on the top floor gets pretty busy on evenings into night time and a lot of people both staying and not staying at the hotel have to use this one elevator, sometimes we had to take the stairs to the 4th floor or wait 2-5 mins for the elevator.

Loved the location, it was the main reason why we chose this hotel, literally can walk everywhere, it’s very safe and convenient.

Great hotel at very good and convenient location. I got a room with the balcony and really enjoyed the view. The suff is great and very handy. I even met the owner of the hotel, who was extremely nice and very helpful. I was my second visit to this hotel and did not disappoint. Strongly recommend!

Towels and sheets were dirty. It was sometimes hard to get extra washcloths for two people. We would only get one. I had to request extra for two people in the room.

No microwave nor phone in the room. Had to leave the room to go to the front office. Having a phone in the room is a must. That way guest can have faster contact with front office incase of emergency.

Location was great. Having restaurants and bar at the property was/is a plus. Great and fast taxi service. Driver came on time and even contacted me the night before as a reminder.

Hotel was ideal. In the heart of everything. Also if you need local dishes its right around the corner. Stay had exceptional customer service from start to finish. Electricity also went and we were give FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Will definitely recommend. The rooftop vibes was also exceptional

Has a rooftop bar and grill so music could get a little loud. I stayed in the third floor and the bar is on the fourth floor. I still slept well. Ask for lower floors if your a light sleeper

Everything about elements was great. Location, staff, night life, shopping, beach all in the same location. The host was amazing he have me detail information on enjoying myself for the stay. They also offer massages!!! 10/10 definately recommend

There’s no breakfast option in the hotel, but there are several places nearby where breakfast is possible.

The hotel is comfortable and very well located close to the city center. In the evening there’s music and food in the restaurant at the rooftop. The music goes until late, but in my opinion the windows of the room are well isolated and the noise didn’t disturb. I rented a car and it was very easy to find parking spots around the hotel.
