It am affraid about the security because of the transit of people at the rooftop at night. No security control about the people going to rooftop and the access of the guest’s floor . The door to access the guest’s rooms are very fragile.

The large window in the room faces the courtyard and was covered with a large bulky curtain. You really can't open the curtain because you can see directly in the room. The prices in the bar on the roof was pricey. The hotel is still under construction.

The staff was very friendly! The restaurant on the second floor was fantastic, delicious and a must go to for dinner. It was great for the prices and located in the heart of the tourist area!

A room with a window that opened and didn't face the courtyard.

The staff was extremely attentive regardless of which department you were requesting assistance. All staff were cautious and had wonderful can-do attitudes. I used all the facilities and felt welcomed from the front desk, house cleaning, restaurant, and the bar. I could walk out the front door and experience so many restaurants all within walking distanced day or night. Activities are also right there at your fingertips, and you don't even need a car.

Everything about this hotel was great. From check in to the location to the check out process and have the wonderful staff being so pleasant and helpful it was just overall a great experience. The location was perfect as well. I can't wait to make it back there again. What even made it better is speaking with the owner of the hotel. He was so pleasant and humble and asked how everything was. Really a nice guy!!

The hot water in the shower was a bit temperamental, and while we asked for a quiet room, we were placed on the 3rd floor, underneath the rooftop patio, so there was a bit of noise from all the chairs being moved around.

Having bottled water everyday was a nice touch.

The beb was a bit too soft, and I would prefer a firmer mattress. Room was a bit dark aswell.

The only two things, pool hours till 6pm and some parts of the facilities stilll under renovations but doesnt affect the rooms.

Staff was amazing specially shediah and yorgelys, love it have all punda, otrobanda and a lot of good restaurants walking distance.

You could see that everything was still under construction. Carpet didn't look too new. Windows weren't too clean. For the price we paid they could've included breakfast. Also a very small pool which is only available for the guests for a short time period because of the restaurant up there.

Perfect location in the middle of Punda with all the cute little shops. Very easy to find food around. Short walk to the bridge to Otrobanda. The rooftop has a very nice view.

Everything is walking distance. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel and the corridors smelled nice all the time. Housekeeping was done, clean towels ect as you request via a switch. Restaurant and bar staff 100%. Food delicious in both restaurants

The ONLY thing I didn’t enjoy was the Luke warm showers, I wish the water could’ve been hotter, that’s all.

I love the entertainment on the rooftop for anyone who didn’t feel like going far you didn’t have to.

Location! If you need a place within walking distance of the city center, this is it! The accommodations were pleasant. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. The staff was very pleasant! It was difficult to find the entrance. However, there was a staff member who greeted and escorted us to the hotel elevator. All in all, this hotel suited out needs.
