The location was nice - more in the local part of larnaca and only a 1/2 hour walk to the beach. There were heaps of bars and restaurants close by

the shower stream is a bit weak. the room only had 1 socket which was a bit inconvenient as i needed more

huge room for one person, very comfortable bed and pillow. the desk and the big closet were very convenient and helpful. the shades go all the way down and cover the whole window so no fear of getting light in the morning. overall a very good and worth the money stay.

The privacy was a little absent if you stay with the shade on.

Everything was nice. You have everything that you need in the kitchen. There are only 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms but it wasn’t a problem, most of the time there was one free. The hosts were helpful if you need. The location is not the best but it was a 28 minutes walk to the center or the beach, so it was ok.

The Lemon Tree offers is a great place to stay in Larnaca. It's a fifteen minute drive from the airport and in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There are plenty of amenities nearby. The town centre and beach are about a twenty minute walk away. The Salt Lake is also not far walking. There is plenty of space to park on the roads. The price is very good for the quality of the rooms and location. The 'hostel' is a proper house. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of cooking equipment if you don't fancy eating out. The garden of the Lemon Tree is a great place to spend time and includes several lemon trees. Host Tony goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Tony is always happy to give out recommendations about Larnaca and Cyprus (and if you're lucky Tony might do a BBQ in the garden).

I did not like just the fact that you can hear everyone moving or walking, the walls are a bit thin. But it is not a big of a problem.

Nice accommodation, clean, remanded me of a family house. Towels provided, clean. About 20minutes walk to the beach. As a solo traveler, I was a bit scared because it is a bit far from center, but it is very safe.

It's been mentioned before but the water pressure is a little low. Not too big of a deal, you can still get the job done. The water was hot so I was fine.

The Host of The Lemon Tree Hostel is really welcoming. I felt very comfortable here. The room is a really nice size and there is a patio where you can sit and enjoy the garden. There are(of course) lovely lemon trees. I'm also really happy with the safety aspect. They clearly pay attention to keeping the place clean and comfortable for the guests which I appreciate. I enjoyed the surrounding area, and got a great rest. They have a washing machine and cooker with a lot of utensils for your use. It was a great stay and I would love to stay there again.

The hostel is in a residential area a bit out of the centre and it's confusing to find your way around the local area at first. I guess the only thing that could be done to improve this would be to provide a map and or directions.

The hostel is very clean, with a nice big kitchen and a garden to sit out in. That, and the welcome from the people, made it a good experience.

There were parking spots around the hostel, however it is a long walk to the beach/center without a car. but a great place nonetheless with beautiful lemon trees.

Awful water stream in shower, but it may be a whole island problem + pretty annoying neighbor during our stay. But both of this problem is okay for any hostel, and not that critical for me :)

The water steam in the shower can be improved. The area is located 20 min from the beach and about 6 min from the nearest bus station. It is in the middle of regular living area of the city, somewhat far from touristic attractions.

The Lemon Tree Hostel is a great value for money, with shared bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The room is large and clean, the air-condition is strong and silent, the bed is large and comfort, furniture in good condition. The staff responds immediately to every quarry and serves help if needed. everything in our stay there was excellent!

I stayed for 7 nights and even though service was overall great, I’d’ve appreciated some basic maintenance cleaning of my room every 2-3 days.

There is literally nothing negative I can say about the property - not only was it great value for money but the host was so incredibly generous that he made all of the guests feel like a family. The shared kitchen was very well equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking your own food. Note that there was no coffee machine available though so you need to bring/buy your own coffee. There was a washing machine available as well so you can do your own laundry as often as you wish.

We dealt with some power outages throughout our stay but with the wild heat it’s to be expected. It’s a little farther away from the beach and bar and the cab system in Cyprus could use some work.

Tony and the rest of the staff were always kind and welcoming. The outdoor space was relaxing with a good mix of sun and shade. The washer and drying lines were a top need for us and the wifi was good enough for remote work and calls throughout the day. It’s a short walk to all the needed things like groceries and coffee.

AC in the room. Could not change the direction of the wings so the air was too strong and cold. Had to move the bed. It's obviously a sharing bath and kitchen (may be not for me). A bit far from larnaca center.

Very friendly staff, efficient and helpful. The house is very nice same as picture. Room is clean in term of mattress bedsheets smell etc.. Good for couple, solo traveler.

The hostel is about a 25-30 minute walk from the old town and the beach. While this gave me a chance to explore new parts of the city, which was cool, it might be a bit far for some people. There's a bus stop just 5 minutes away, though. The neighborhood is quiet but feels a bit sketchy at night, so I wouldn't recommend walking alone, especially for women. Also, the hostel itself was a bit noisy at night, so definitely bring earbuds with you! It would be nice if they had house rules and quiet hours since you can hear everything from the kitchen, hallways or the others rooms through the old doors.

I really loved the vibe – the hostel is actually a detached house with a lovely yard that reminded me of my grandma’s home. 😊 The room matched the pictures perfectly, the bedsheets were fresh, the beds super comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The room came with a socket adapter and towels. The kitchen was also fully equipped and clean, and there was a machine for drinkable hot water/cold water. Loved that. Also, the host seemed very welcoming and always ready to help whenever needed. I’d go back there anytime, thank you for everything!
