Not so much a criticism of the hotel itself but if you're using the tram it is up a fairly steep hill which may be worth considering as it killed us after a full day sightseeing

Check in was made straightforward and this was the only time we were required to interact with the staff who were pleasant. Other reviews state stuff is old at the hotel which looks like it is the case but it works fine so not an issue for us

No lift at this accommodation, so for big, heavy bags, this was a slight struggle.

The room had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, and although bathroom/kitchen was shared, everything was clean and we still felt we had privacy. Staff were super friendly too.

We stayed in a double room on the first floor and since the outside temperatures weren't that warm yet, it was colder in our room than outside. Since it was off season, the radiators weren't working either. We slept in two sweatshirts and sweatpants.🥶

Otherwise the room was normal, there was enough space and everything you needed was there.

We didn't know that there was no elevator while our room was at the top floor. It was quite challenging going all the way up with our luggage. Parking situation was not clear enough depsite the communication. My bed had a tiny dead bug but I guess with the window open it is unavoidable.

The hostel has rather cool appearance and there is a basement bar. Wine bars and supermarkets are nearby and getting to Prague 1 is quite easy for us with tram or walking. The room was very spacious and had more equipments than we thought. We were happy with clean towel that was not mentioned on the room amenities.

We needed to store our luggage after checking out, and the staff didn’t mention what time we should return to pick it up. When we went back to the hostel, the staff was quite rude and complained that we returned too late. We tried to explain that there might have been a miscommunication during the shift change, but it was difficult to communicate with them. The room is quite dark, and the furniture is quite old.

The room is spacious. Nice location, only took few minutes walking to take the tram. We mentioned about carrying heavy suitcase, so the staff helped to change a lower room.

Bathroom was dirty. There’s a bathtub instead of a shower but is very uncomfortable, without curtains, everything gets wet in a minute. No lift :( Location is not that bad, 20min walking distance from the city centre. You can leave your luggage for free after check out but until 20:00. You have to pay a deposit of 8 euros when you check in.

Obviously it's a hostel so some things are lacking considering the city centre hotels on offer but for the price it was amazing! If you're on a budget and want to visit Prague I would recommend

I stayed in ‘Incognito’ and there were children in apartment above who would run around making noise from morning to night. Some of the furniture old and needs replacing.

Staff seemed friendly, rooms good size, we had a private room and it worked ideal for us, good travel links into town via trams/underground, all accessible within 15 mins walk of hostel

Just note for other travellers that the building doesn't have the elevator, but that's normal in such historical buildings every around.

Everything was good, the building is old and huge, has many rooms, whats great, but due to the the high ceilings and specific acoustic, you can hear every door, but that wasnt a big deal. Receptionist/bartender was very kind and helpful. And there is a bar at the hostel and that's amazing.

The room was a bit cold, and the bed pillows too soft. One of the bathrooms had a shower with no curtains, which made showering difficult without messing up the place. This bathroom also had lots of spiders.

Good price, friendly staff, overall great value for what we paid. The place was reasonably near to the historical center of Prague, so I'd say the location was fine.

Room could have been better cleaned. There were two lamps missing (one in the toilet and another one in the kitchen). Also no enough glasses in the kitchen for the quantity of people. The mold smell is also a bit disgusting
