Hotel staff was exceptional when it comes to accommodating their customers. They made sure I get checked in even coming late. I know it would be a stretch to ask, but it would be amazing if there were towels or mini soaps for the guests.

It’s an old building and so you get a lot of the street noise inside the rooms which can keep you up. The room was also very warm and there was no fan to cool it down. If you are arriving late checking in can be tricky as the reception closes at 6pm so you need to get the keys from a shop next door but it that closes before you arrive then i guess you’re out of luck

The staff didn't really speak English and it made stuff a bit confusing but that's alright. In the end we understood each other enough.

Location is perfect, very close to the old town square of Prague. I was lucky because during my stay I was only one guest in the hostel’s room. 😁

Very good location. Rooms were simple, standard, relatively clean. Pillows weren't too comfortable but cant complain

The staff wasn't very informative. I left my luggage in the reception after the checkout, I was told that I could leave it until 6. But they didn't tell me the reception was going to be closed between 11:30 and 12:45. I had to come earlier to pick up my stuff. But the reception was closed. If I had been told about it in advance, I would have brought my stuff with me.

The location is excellent. And I liked staying in a non mixed room.

no hair dryer, male and female shared a bathroom, the door of room is noisy, light for common area is inductive switch, is very annoying:(

Needed hair dryer but there was no one at reception who can lend it to me after 3pm. Could be great to have an hair dryer in an open area and free of charge. Also there was only one kitchen and it was on the 5th floor, might be great to have one on each floor, even a small one can work.

The hostel does not have common areas to interact with other guests.

It is literally in the city center, right next to the main square. The location is just perfect.

The room needs a better curtain. The current one let all the light enter the room. A better price would be better

the bed is old and squeaky, the mattress sink in the middle, it was uncomfortable to sleep in. there were also some noisy guests on the first night we were there but luckily they lower down their volume after we shushed them.

the location of the hostel is great, a mere 1 min walk to the square and few more min to the astronomical clock. the room was also spacious, toilet was clean.

We got a private room in the hostel- very spacious. The showers and toilets are separate and never had an issue with availability. Great location
