Facilities are not very good, showers and toilets that are small and look like they are going to fall apart any minute. Shower drains do not stay where they are supposed to so can see all the dirt there too. Cleaning is poor: showers and sinks are not clean, the towel I was given had stains all over it, luckily I brought my own. The room was big but empty, could do with a bit more furniture. I appreciate this is a hostel not hotel, but still I have been to hostels that are way cheaper and have more reasonable bathrooms and furniture.

The location is good, walking distance to the centre. The staff was efficient when we arrived.

Everything is more than wonderful, the location is beyond imagination, the staff is very cooperative, the problem with the hot water was solved on the same day, I highly recommend it if you want to be in the heart of Prague, there is no better choice than Hostel Franz Kafka

The room, the bathroom and the shower, was not clean. The carpet was old and dirty. I had issues with the bed slats, which were all taped together, and some fell apart during the night. Although it’s not the hostel’s fault, the quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM were not respected. Many guests were noisy, and some even smoked in the hallway while talking on speakerphone. Since there’s no staff present, these issues cannot be properly monitored or addressed.”

The position is perfect the room is really big And even if the staf (in our case)may not seem really welcoming they are Actually quite helpfull if you ask them something

We got given a dirty unclean room. Although the blonde staff member was really sincere and apologetic. The next day the brunette staff member was so rude to us when we enquired about laundry. Overpriced for what you get. Not really a proper hostel. No events or anything like that.

Building is dark and run down. There was no one at reception when I arrived at 2pm, and I couldn’t contact the number for help. The lock and key are very old and get stuck often- I was locked out my room many times and couldn’t get help because no one was ever at reception. When someone was at reception, she was very rude and didn’t want to help at all. I was also overcharged for my stay, and even though she eventually (and reluctantly) gave me the money back, she was very rude and angry about it. There is a kitchen but it’s dark and unclean. I only stayed 2 nights so it was fine, but I really wouldn’t recommend

We had bus very late at night, so wanted to keep the luggage till 8:00 PM in the evening but they allowed only till 5:30 PM. And also while enquiring about that or requesting to extend, staff behaviour was rude, which kind of spoiled the stay experience. They took the key as well so to get the luggage we had to ring the bell for main door and reception will open it. But they open it very late, infact someone was coming outside they opened the gate not the reception. There was no fan or AC in the room, being very hot outside it was very difficult and we had to keep all windows opened.

Location was good, right at the center of old town. Room size was good for 4 people stay. Kitchen, common shower, common toilet, drinking water, cleanliness, these aspects were good.

It may be loud on the weekends outside, so consider about this if you looking for a stay in Prague, but overall it's a great place to stay.

The personal was great, the room was also good for this price. It's close to everything so it's good if you're first time in Prague.

There is no staff members, there is a phone number that no one never answer even in the hours they said they are on the reception, the reception is close and there is no way to get help to anyone. The bathroom and floor turned dirty during my stay and no one clean d it or replaced the toilet paper. I tried to get access to the laundry service but as I said never was Staff to help so I did no recommend the hostel very much.

It is in a great place really close to the old town and has a great access to the main attractions in Prague

One drawback of this hostel is its strict check-in policy, which does not accommodate arrivals after 23:30. This could be inconvenient for travelers with late flights or transportation delays.

Everything else. I had a bed at the 4th floor and all went wrong. Everything is used or even broken. No electrical plugs near the beds, Old and used uncomfortable mattresses. The lockers to store bags are ridiculously small, you cant fit a sport bag in there. The room was way too hot and no air conditioner or even a fan. No dark curtain to stop daylight in the morning. The shower is dirty and not functional ( no light and tricky water temperature ). Toilets are dirty and broken. And so on.... I had many different hostels in Praha and this one is the worst.

The location is just perfect. Right in the center of prague with everything you need around. The staff is polite.
