While the dorm rooms were just fine, the rest of the facilities were unclean. While the bathrooms appeared to be cleaned every day, they were not cleaned well. An entire floor, what I supposed to be 24+ people, were sharing 4 showers and 2 sinks. There was rarely any toilet paper or paper towels. The kitchen was also extremely small, and I ate almost every meal standing up because there was no space to sit. The entire floor had a bad smell to it. I stayed for 4 nights, and while I absolutely loved my time in Prague, I would not recommend this hostel for anything but the location.

The location was fantastic, and the dorm room itself was pretty comfortable. There were big lockers for my possessions which were lovely, and the beds were just as comfortable as any hostel I have been in. There was also a common space next to reception that was nice to use during the day when I needed a rest. The receptionist was quite kind as well.

Weird entrance. Hard to tell where hostel was located. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was disgusting and mould in the shower. No mirrors anywhere. Toilet at an angle. Staff were not helpful. Dodgy place for dodgy characters. Didn’t feel safe. No communal activities. Reception was only available at certain hours and had no initiative. Very basic. Would not recommend

One of the things I wish was improved: more cleaning under the bed :d All was good, but they definitely don't mop there. The second one, I wished there was a mirror inside the room.

To forget all benefits of the facilities - this hostel is worth it's money for location. LOCATION is the best you can think off. Several steps to the old town, it will take you 5 minutes to walk to Charle's bridge. Also, really close to the train stop. As a solo traveler, I highly valued safety that this hostel suggested. When booking my room I got 3 keys: 1 - to the building itself (day or night, you can enter by key or calling only), 2 - to the floor, ,3 - to room. As for me, it matters a lot. Staff is super friendly, ready to give advices and help with any request.

The room was big and with a lot of light, but the curtains didn't do anything for you as soon as the sun was out. The walls were dirty, the sheets stained, the shower small and wet, not very clean in general. No air conditioning and it was insanely hot.

The location is great, super central. The staff was helpful when needed.

No reception for 24/7 or no flexibility for reception. The craziest thing was the warning message: if you do not come on the day you will be fined for 50 euros. This is insane, isn’t it enough for you to take the whole amount for the reservation? Not a customer friendly rules and regulations. No mirror in the room. Very small tap, impossible to wash. Dirty in the bathrooms and toilet. Noisy and since there is no reception the guests act however they want. Footsteps are heard all over the space. Very small towels, hardly can use for face only. Pillows are huge and seems one sleeps sitting.

The best thing was the location, but was overpriced due to the attractive name. I would recommend the other hotel which was far better in terms of reception service, which has 24/7 reception service and is just a 100 m closer to the center - U Tri Bubnu. This was even cheaper and nice breakfast’s included.

Noise :( the rooms don’t have AC so I had to leave the windows open and people on the street make noises late at night , on top of that people inside the hostel also make loud noises very late at night. I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all.

the structure is near the clock square, in the heart of prague. Very easy to going by the airport and near the principal attractions of the city. The hostel was very clean, the bedrooms comfy and the rooms very quiet. The guys at the reception were so lovely, the girl is just adorable and the guy was very nice. I had a problem with my phone (it was broken) and I was in a situation of panic because of the ticket flight, both of them helped me to solve this problem with generous kindness. I really appreciated it and the fact they paid so much attention to the guest. The commons bathroom were very clean, every morning there was a cleaning lady and in 4 days I never found it dirty. I loved everything about this structure and i highly recommend it!!

What did I like? Hmmm EVERYTHING. First of all thank you for the person who was there today I forgot to ask his name (june 12 and june 13) It was a lovely place to stay. I did not expect this really. I always thought that hostels are the worst places or dangerous places well here we are. I think this place is better than most of the hotels.

The hostel is distributed over several floors, and you must carry and use a key to go through the doors. The room looked worse than in the pictures. Some heating was up and running all night, and I couldn't switch it off.

It's a good value for money compared to the other options I looked through. It has an excellent central location - it's very close to the subway station.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the toilets were disgusting. We supposedly paid for a room for women only and we were placed with two guys with the lame excuse that it was because we paid the cheapest room, which was not the case.

There is a serious problem with the plumbing in the building, cause there was a terrible odor in the bathrooms, in the corridors, and even in the kitchen. The toilets were so dirty that I wanted to leave on the first night already. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in a dirtier and unsanitary place in my life. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

The location is fantastic, the hostal is in the city center and very close to main attractions. The staff were also very kind an polite.
