The parking box is ticked. In fact, the parking is on a street a few minutes walk away and has to be paid, as it belongs to the city. In the messages from the host it says that if you need help to call a number. Don't bother, no one answers. I received some replies to the messages, very late, after I solved my problems myself. It probably has to do with the "efficiency" through self-checkin.

No reception. I had an issue with the plugs and lights not working on the bedside, the room fan did not work and neither did the fridge. I emailed but no response.

Great apartment, in a fantastic location. Comfortable bed and a good shower. It was also good to have a kettle and fridge. The only small issue was that the kettle couldn’t reach the plug, from on top of the fridge, where it was stored.

Really great location, under a minute walk to the old town square! It’s a basic room but has everything you need, room and bathroom were clean, shower had great pressure, bed was comfortable and easy to check in.

There was a misunderstanding about room set up - we requested a twin, but room was set up as double and as there are no staff at the place they could only rectify it the next day. They did allow us a very late check out so made up for the inconvenience

Location was superb, check in was easy enough (all check in info submitted and received online). Room was clean and warm, on the small size (just enough space for bed and table) but ok for couple of nights

The room was very spacious, clean and warm. The bathroom is new and also very clean. The bed and pillow were super comfortable and the self checkin system is very convenient and easy to use. The place is easily accessible by public transportation and you can reach almost every touristic spots from there by walking. I highly recommend the Kafka Prague rooms!

We requested twin beds but the bed was made up as a double. Luckily there was spare linen in the room so I managed to seperate the beds ok.

I warn them that I will come earlier there, they wrote me that I can come around 1 pm. They told me that my room will be the second number and I will find a key there. However I wanted there until 3.0 pm and I didn’t find any key. I call them and she told me that my room it was changed and it is 4 number. But they didn’t warn me . I don’t like this.

For the price we were surprised at the plainness of the room and the absence of staff. A box of Kleenex in the room would have been nice. Still, it was clean and close to everything and met our needs.

The location is excellent. The room was very clean. We never met another person, nor staff as all contact was done by text. We liked being able to come back to the room anytime we wanted. The bed was comfortable and other guests were quiet. It had a nice bathroom and shower. The room met our needs for our short stay in Prague. We loved the city and the people and the Christmas market was the best we experienced. We had no problems with any sort of petty crime. We loved the Municipal Building, with it’s restaurants and beautiful architecture.

The room was comfortable and spacious. It was right in the centre, so we were really close to the landmarks and the restaurants.
