How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was 32 degrees when we visited Stuttgart but the airconditioning did not manage to get the room cold enough unfortunately
Nice style and great location in the center of Stuttgart, also nice the deal with the garage of the mall you can get a discount from the hotel. Nice cocktail when you do not need roomcleaning.

breakfast not great - needs more options. more info on what door to access hotel on arrival - esp on Sundays when can't access through centre.
Nice location, nice room, good vibe to the place. Would stay again. we liked the stations on the floor we stayed on where you could help yourself to water, boiling water for tea ect. good choice of herbal teas. wish more places had these little stations. good location easy to walk to places.

A lovely 'funky' hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a good central location. Parking is a short walk away in a spacioys well lit multi story car park but parking outside hotel for droppibg iff bags. Excellent breakfast and a clean and spacious room. Higgly recommended

The room is very very small. When you shower the water get out and pools around the toilet area. The room itself looks nice but don't stay here if you have a few pieces of luggage.
The location is great. It is seamless to check in and out. The staff in the restaurant are amazing.

We inquired about an early check-in and were willing to pay an additional fee for the service. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't currently offer this option. It would be a great enhancement if this service were available, especially when rooms are already vacant.
Our stay at this hotel for the Stuttgart tennis was fantastic! It's ideally located within walking distance of the city center, and even the Boss Open stadium is just a convenient 30-minute bus ride away. The hotel's decor is beautiful, especially the lobby, which serves the best espresso – highly recommended! We also appreciated the complimentary tea and instant coffee stations on every floor. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed.

Area around elevators is very dark, and could use some lighting. It was difficult to figure out the way from the Gerber parking garage to the hotel (it was past 10 pm), maybe a hint could be helpful.
Quite new, modern facilities, very friendly staff, super comfortable bed. Good location.

The bar is the reception which is inconvenience , we have to pass through it every time we enter, breakfast is simple, the shower and the sink out of the bathroom which is noisy and uncomfortable. The room that they gave us was a very long way walking.

Honestly, I could not really fault anything. The only thing that would have been a nice addition would have been a coffee machine and a mini fridge.
The room was spotless, we could not fault the cleanliness! loved the modern look of the room. The very good location was surrounded by shops, lovely food stops and amazing bakeries. It was a short walk from local attractions such as the museums and Schlossplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel bar is great for a cocktail or two!

Breakfast was sad. Only 2 cooked options. All the rest was cold food. Only area which for me could have been different - coz I’m a person who loves a good breakfast ahead of a long day.

Nothing - the lights in the corridors and lobby are a little dim though but the room was fine.
The room was comfortable with nice bathroom products. There was a galley where you could make tea and coffee, as well as get still or sparkling water. The blackout curtains kept the light out. The option of a free drink or daily cleaning a good for the environment - we chose the free drinks! There are USB and USB C charging points near the beds as well.

Personally I found the mattress to be too firm and there was talk of a free drink if you skipped the Tom service daily however we didn’t hear anything more about this after it was first mentioned upon check in

The windows are not sound proof. Although we had a room at the 3rd floor, you could hear everything on the street. There was also an incident and the fire alarm kicked off in the building. The fire men arrived instantly but nobody told us the actual reason.
The staff was very nice. Also the bar is cosy and looks nice

It is needed to offer water in at your hotels rooms. Water is the most basic need, it should be included and not charged at a vending machine. I was also disgusted by the fact that you do not have a mini bar, at least an empty one so we can store the water we bought. I had some snacks with me that needed to put outside the window in order to queep it frash. For me is a "no go" next time to your facilities
