I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind, always ready to assist with a smile, and made every effort to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with an impressive attention to cleanliness and detail. My room was immaculate, cozy, and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location couldn’t be better! Just a quick 5-minute walk to the train station, which made trips to Stuttgart and other nearby areas a breeze. Plus, being so close to a major shopping center was a huge perk—shopping, dining, and entertainment options were right at my fingertips!

Parking is rather diffucult to reach from the hotel.

This hotel is well situated, has modern rooms which are well equipped and where you have the necessary tools/space to store your clothing, suitcase and toileterie. The bar/breakfastroom is cosy where you can relax after work. The staff is super friendly! you get a rebate on you parking ticket .

check in at 3pm is very uncomfortable, most foreigners fly in from distance, on early mornings to enjoy the Oktoberfest in the afternoon, and it is crucial to have at least couple of hours in between to get changed and start the full day!

The staff was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, I thank Nikky especially for all her inputs. The room is amazing, pictures do not give justice to the beautiful features, huge bed, great furniture and shower.

No refrigerator in the room. Felt a little cramped with the location of the bathroom/shower. Air conditioner didn't work real well, and the room was stuffy.

After showering, the water always flows/leaks to the toilet area, resulting in wet floor which just ain't great.
