Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceGround level window with people passing outside meant curtains closed at all times for privacy, but not a big deal; they could have this fixed with a blind for light or similar.
Great staff, a great option for an overnight stay close to the airport. Nice clean room, if basic. Bar open for snacks, water, milk, etc. -or drinks- late at night.

United StatesI like the location; we stayed one night because it was close to the airport. We used the metro once to visit the city, the station is located 3 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. Using the metro to the city was a short ride about 10 minutes or less, we left the car at the Hotel's parking space. The only bad side was that you have to pay for the parking, however, I guess it is like that in the Country, nothing to be with the Hotel, in addition, if you drive to the city price for the parking it is more expensive. The lady at the reception, was really friendly, she makes us feel like at home, she provided us all the information need it to go to the city with a metro map, where she marked the stations to go and come back, it was really helpful. We felt safe and we had a nice experience. We have to leave the hotel earlier and we did not have a breakfast, therefore I cannot rate it. There is a Burger king right beside the Hotel, we did not use it as we decided to go to the city and eat at the restaurant, but it is convenience if you like burgers and don't want the right.

RomaniaThe breakfast was lacking in variety, even poor. It is the only time I see such a poor, almost non-existent breakfast, and I have traveled to many countries in Europe. The first day they were rinsed at breakfast, but the second day they were very strong, after that, on the other days, they were not at all. I also find it silly to boil your own eggs for breakfast. There should be two types of boiled eggs and that would shorten the time each person spends at breakfast. To boil an egg so that it was hard, it was necessary to leave it in boiling water for 18 minutes.
Given that the hotel is next to the Royal Arena, the location suited me as I missed the PGL Major, so 50 meters away. The staff was very welcoming and although we were many times noisy in the common area at the entrance of the hotel (restaurant), they never attracted our attention. We were able to consume alcohol in the restaurant even if it was not purchased from the Hotel, which was a plus for everyone. Self check-in was also an advantage.
