Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking right outside of the hotel is convenient but rather expensive.
The rooms are quite comfortable and the hotel is clean and efficient. Check in and out was quick. The location was nice as it was right across from the music concert hall and the art museum and only a few minutes to walk pretty much to anywhere in the center of the city.

Self check-in was a challenge, no staff was around when we arrived 11P. Finding the hotel was difficult due to construction in the area. Parking cost $$$.

A little corporate in terms of overall feel but understandable given the size. We were there on the day of the half marathon which starts near the car park. You would avoid that if you could.
Easy to get to. Quick check in. Decent sized “business class” rooms. Free car park. Large breakfast room with good range of options. Friendly staff. Good location for the town and all the main attractions.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Nice to have kettle tea and coffee in the room as well as a mini fridge. Walking distance to the train station and many attractions.

The area isn't the prettiest since some renovations are going on nearby.
Perfect location if you are attending a concert at the Aarhus Congress Center. Very nice breakfast! Location is close to the railway station.

The mattresses seem to be pretty worn out. For the price I would expect that they are able to change them.
Everything within walking distance, great value for money for the city. While the AC wasn’t really working (as in it worked but didn’t cool the room), it was okay because the window could be opened completely.

It’s too small or low when you are taller than 2 meters. I can’t stand up straight under the shower. Ceiling was way too low

The breakfast did not have actual eggs, but this homogenized yellow matter, but there were plenty of other options.
The bed was comfortable and I appreciated small details like you can actually open the window, you have iron and a board in the room, and shirt hangers are the classical ones... Hotel was quiet and staff professional. I will choose this hotel in Aarhus again. I almost forgot, they have tea kettles at the breakfast buffet for people like me, who enjoy morning tea rather than coffee!

Would be nice to have a mini bar in the room. And some leaflets in room about hotel facilities, how to get around etc
The lobby smells so nice, so a great first impression, the staff were wonderful, so very helpful. The room was very comfortable with a safe and a fridge, extra pillows and towels available and lovely smelling toiletries in the bathroom Breakfast was superb! something for everyone and constantly replenished Dinner, whilst a limited menu, was so good - try to amazing Artichoke with puree - melt in your mouth. and the Chips are just right!

Bathtub shower was not made for people who are vertically challenged. I nearly slipped getting out of the shower a couple of times and needed help getting out safely.

While a really nice hotel it is a little bit outdated. Not a problem for the cost and is just fine

The selection at the breakfast was quite limited. Cucumber & tomato were the vegetables. Other Radisson hotels have a way bigger selection.
