Good hostel for the price. Stayed in single room. Basic but showers had hot water and hair dryer. Good location. Not ideal for meeting fellow travellers

The bed and floor were a little squeaky. No choice for breakfast as it’s just fruit, egg and a croissant every day, but good enough seeing as it’s included.

Good location and very good value for money. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Nice bathroom with consistent hot water in the shower.

There were 2 hairs on the pillow. Not sure the pillow case was cleaned properly.

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. The hotel is of good value. There is a Chinese restaurant and a supermarket right at the corner, very convenient.

The hotel could do with some TLC and there was damp across our ceiling which was concerning. I would not class bread and egg as an American style breakfast and it felt very limited.

Upon arrival the water fountain is a nice welcome and the reception desk and sofa area is very nice and clear of all the activities your can do getting picked up straight from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and took our bags to our rooms whilst we go cash out as they explained it cheaper than paying the fees via card. The rooms are a good size and have a table chair, shelf’s and big tv in.

A bit noisy. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., and most of the activities start before 8 am.

Friendly staff. Offer us information even if they speak more Spanish than English they did help us.

Breakfast was OK. They did not offer takeaway breakfast for when you were going on tours, this was poor. No housekeeping throughout our stay which was poor (we ran out of things in the bathroom!). Not the greatest location, quite a walk to old town and to other parts of the city.

Our room had a window to the corridor which did not have good curtains, so it was quite bright. Could be noisy at times. The hot was was bot always hot.

The safe did not work. No hairdryer. TV channel selection is very basic. Overall, it seemed as if the property is starting to get a bit run down.

They were doing construction while we were there. Which at no point were we warned about. Didn’t bother me too much but was annoying. No one came & serviced our room we had to ask to have our trash taken out & for more toilet paper - Again a cheaper place. However we stayed in a hostel in the Galapagos for the same price point & received above & beyond service.

I liked the location. There were plenty of places within walking distance to check out. This was a cheaper hotel so I’ll just say you get what you pay for. There are nicer places in Quito but we were only staying 2 nights so we didn’t want to splurge.
