Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MalaysiaBreakfast can't be prepared in advance, and the portion is too small—not enough for a regular meal. The WiFi connection is extremely slow, and there’s no signal in the rooms.
Great location with a view of the pyramids from the restaurant's top floor, plus a great price for the stay.

United StatesBrothers Pyramids View Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Cairo. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Giza Pyramids, with stunning views right from the hotel. The price is very reasonable, offering great value for the quality and convenience. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were exceptional—responsive, honest, and incredibly friendly.

Finland- It was about 1.5km from the pyramids, so you can dare to walk in hot weather to the pyramids or take Uber, because you also need to walk inside the pyramids. - You need to carry you luggage to the 1st floor then you can use elevators to the hotel - They charged me extra money for early check in, although it was not agreed before but it was Ok. - I don't recommend taking any tours from them as the prices are on the higher side. - you can hear the noise despite windows are closed
You could see the pyramids from the window, and the price includes value for the money. Pick and drop from the airport available but I would rather use uber next time as it is way more cheaper.

United StatesMy room and bathroom room were very good size , hot water and A/C was working well. On reception Mohammed Saeed and Manar are great and very responsible and the teen duo Farouq and Joseph.
If you want to explore Giza , Saqqara and Memphis then it's very close, there are some reasonable restaurants, oil shops and egyptian clothing shop. It's better to visit from February to early May , hotel breakfast is very ordinary but the ladies serving it are great . Cleaning ladies always there and great too. You have to buy your own water bottle after 1st day.

United KingdomWiFi didn't work well but then again we were barely in the hotel so wasn't a huge problem for us.
Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The room was clean and tidy and had an incredible view of the pyramids as advertised. Seems to be new as still have some construction work on the other floors but this did not interfere with our stay. The people on reception were brilliant, warm welcoming and helpful in every sense... A big shout out to Esraa Esmaa Ahmed Farouk and Abdulrahman (Moudy) thank you all of you. We also booked our tours with the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (Quads, Pyramids, Nike cruise and City tour). I would recommend the driver Naasir for any local tours he was incredible. The day trip to Alexandria was great (ask for khulood the tour guide if possible she was fantastic and had so much knowledge). Breakfast was nice, fine if you're only staying a few days like we did.
