Hi everyone! I stayed at the hostel My Hostel in Dahab, which I highly recommend for several reasons. First of all, the hostel is affiliated with a very professional dive center, which offers diving trips adapted to all levels and budgets. I had the chance to dive in the famous blue hole, an exceptional site where you can admire an incredible underwater biodiversity. In addition, as a guest of the hostel, you benefit from a discount on the rates of the dive center. Then, the hostel has a coworking space with a great view of the mountains and a good wifi. It’s perfect for those who want to work remotely while enjoying the paradisiacal setting. The staff of the hostel is very nice and young. They are always available to help us, advise us and make us discover the local culture. They regularly organize friendly activities, such as campfire evenings by the lagoon or in the mountains, with music and barbecue. They also offer meals several times a week, where you can taste homemade Egyptian specialties. It has a rooftop with a stunning view of the sea, on which you will have a great time every evening with other guests. a great place for kitesurfers who want to enjoy the beautiful lagoon of Dahab. The hostel is located a few minutes by bike or taxi from the lagoon. You can clean and stock all your equipment in the dive center. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The included breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning in each room and a spacious locker per person. I also appreciated having an electrical outlet for each bed. You can even ask the staff to get a bath towel, in case you need one. In short, you understood it, I loved my 7 weeks stay in this hostel in Dahab and I invite you to discover this destination and this hostel if you are looking for an authentic, relaxing and fun place !

Could do with (quite) a bit more pressure in the showers Only three shower/toilet cubicle for the whole hostel might be a tad short on busy periods But for the price and location, this is very much on par with anything else. Wifi didnt quite reach all the way to the room #2

Cool atmosphere, very chilled and relaxed vibe. Decent breakfast with Luis always a smile on his face. Lots of take away and a beer shop downstairs make for easy times on the rooftop in the evening. I like that they provide filtered water for refills The partner "Octopus Divers" shop next door is very well setup, professional, good quality equipment and Abdu a great dive master/ instructor

A gorgeous rooftop chill space and super authentic people await you at My Hostel in Dahab. Whether you're a diver, a hiker, a digital nomad or just want to relax, this is the spot. Definitely do their Mount Sinai trek. The hostel's right above a store so easy access to snacks, and the surrounding eateries are great too. Felt like I'd been here for weeks rather than days, in the best way, and I'll miss all the beautiful humans I met there. ❤️

I felt like family for the way how is the persons in the hostel the persons soo friendly, and the hostel offerst a skuba diving course with a excelent instructor. In my case only a take one day for the time u.u But in summary I really liked my stay in stay in the hostel

The staff is amazing, Medhat, Jesus, Moody and Walid were all awesome. The location is right next to the dive center and next to shops and restaurants, the breakfast was great. The rooms are basic but good.

I planned to stay 2 nights here but stayed 4 nights instead. People are super nice here, no matter staff or backpackers. Every night you can find someone to talk with on the rooftop and share your stories, travel experience, or diving experience. On my last day, I had authentic homemade Egyptian food here (my bad memory, forgot the name). Also, they have an excellent location to the center and main street within walking distance. Highly recommend this hostel! I will come back for sure!

My bed was a bit squeaky making too much noise. I was a bit stressed not to disturb my fellow dorm mates. But the hostel was full and Jesus could not replace me. Maybe some oil might have solved it. Finally bring you own locks, lockers do not have locks on them.

The wi-fi is the best in Egypt, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are clean, the location is nice. Co-working space is also a nice touch. Staff helps with everyhing, you can feel the genuine care. Breakfast was top class, it always comes with a morning chat and a great cook.
