The food can be updated as it wasn't worth paying the amount for breakfast included. Also, to be noted, the owner or some senior person was shouting at his staff infront of guests and that was very unprofessional.

The rooftop view of the pyramids were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The female guide we got from the hotel was very nice and helpful.

We would have been more happy if the coffee machine would have worked. Nestle coffee is not the best at all.

The view from the rooftop is exceptionally! Also the hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and newly renovated. We had a medical issue and the staff provided exceptional assistance. Also the breakfast was traditional which we liked very much. We are looking forward to come back and visit Cairo

Uber is easy to use and very cheap, also, look outside the hotel if you want to pay for a guide tour. The restaurant was not great, their menu is pretty bad plus they don’t have any vegan options apart from; lentil soup, white rice and fries.

My room was very clean and spacious, staff were nice and friendly . The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is amazing and they serve a decent breakfast.

Bed sheets, towels were old and not very clean, I guess it's time to upgrade them! No slippers in the room. One receptionist tried to ask for additional pay for late checkout telling that checkout time is at 12 pm sharp, however as per my booking reservation it's from 1 to 1:30 pm. When telling this he was rude and impolite... Honestly that has left an unpleasant impression of the hotel overall! Customer service shall pay specific attention to such cases!

I ask hotel taxi driver to how much to go cairo market, he did answer back with price, its not bad and said we need to book it at hotel. The staff at hotel seem trying rip off for the price to use taxi 🤨🤨🤨

Upon arrival, we were requested 30 dollars on top of the price "for taxes". It was not written anywhere. Also, as payments are to be done in cash, booking cannot control that. We complaint to booking and since payment was in cash, they will not refund us (they asked for proof of charge in the bank account), even if we sent invoice as proof

Wifi did not work in room at all so we had to go to Reception to use wifi when needed. Room was clean but shower 🚿 was not functioning..had to hold down button for showerhead to work...low pressure too. Public areas less clean and smells of manure as hotel next to camel/horse stables. We kept balcony room shut to keep smell out.

The front desk ladies, Asmara and the other lady were very helpful & amazing. Room was comfortable. Good view of pyramids. Local people were really lovely. 🥰 Loved the 3 pm to 10 pm shift Reception ladies..they are the best. The man who helped with luggage is really lovely too. Thank you all 3 of you.

The day we left we organised a taxi through the hotel. We would've had to leave at 0500 to make it to our flight on-time. They then called us at 0215 saying due to problems on the roads we have to leave at 0300. We got up and left - it turns out that they were just picking up someone else and wanted to drop us off then. We were dropped off at arrivals of the wrong terminal, 4 hours before our flight!

Great hotel overall! Great value for money. Food is good, rooms are very clean. Stunning view of the pyramids from the roof terrace - strongly recommend paying that little bit extra to get a room with a view as well!

No alcohol served in the terrace if you’re wanting that of an afternoon after a long day of sight seeing. Staff not really super friendly. Breakfast was okay. If you don’t book a tour through the hotel when they’re checking you in, it almost seems like their whole demeanour towards you changes.

Packed breakfast was really poor. We got one banana and 2 breads with jam and honey it felt like joke .

The view is great. The location was interesting becouse we were able to experience the local culture and street life while walking to pyramids but it might not be for everyone. Taking taxi to doors is always an option. Overall good option for value. Sherien helped with atmosphere at reception thank you.

The balcony room we stayed could hardly sleep as walls were paper thin Hotel and room was clean but the hotel is old and outdated and a lot of things need replacing Tours were good but overpriced and exchange rate they dont give a competitive rate

The staff were friendly and location and cost for cairo was really good! i would recommend using uber throughout the stay as easy to get around to different locations Really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch the staff were amazing there so kind and helpful! and the views on rooftop insane worth the stay for that :)
