Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean and had a good view of the pyramids. The staff was very friendly. Especially the staff in reception area. The breakfast was also really good. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Cairo

It was an absolutely wonderful stay for five days! The place was clean, comfortable, and the view was stunning. The staff were extremely polite and helpful — we truly felt at home. We also organised some tours through them, and the experience was excellent — everything was well arranged and the guides were very professional. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Very noisy in the night! Dogs barking all the night on the street in front of the window! Very small hostel or motel on the 5th floor of a very bad building! I don’t understand how booking.com consider it as a 5 star hotel. For me it’s not even a hotel!

The pyramid view from the rooms and the breakfast terrace is notable. But it’s not a 5 star hotel!

The room is very spacious and it exceeds our expectations . Especially the brothers who owns the property were very helpful and friendly to us . They made us feel safe and happy to stay there. The special gift souveneir they gave us is a bonus. We really loved it. They even help us with our ride. To be sure we had safe journey. And can pay a cheaper amount. To the driver. I highly recommended. And we definitely going to stat there again.

Very nice hotel! The service was excellent, and the place was clean and well-organized. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful. We also booked a tour to the Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara through them — it was very well arranged, and the tour guide was professional and explained everything in an enjoyable way. This hotel is highly recommended. We received a fantastic welcome upon arrival, which set the tone for the whole stay. The view of the pyramids was absolutely stunning. The staff were the friendliest we’ve encountered in a long time – so welcoming and helpful. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

It is literally the worst experience we had in terms of meeting the expectations. You pay 3-4 times of a price of a similar hotel because of the 5 star hotel mention on the name supported by unrealistic photos. It is jot even a hotel as a building, it is simply a floor in a 6 floor old building that was turned into a hotel like place. Elevator not working, beds are terrible and causing back pain, street is chaotic, windows are terribly bas at isolation hence you can not sleep due to traffic/honking, breakfast is so insufficient that we paid but we could not even eat. I am not even starting with 4 dolar cost drives being asked for 25 and so on. Simply worst hotel experience ever.

We really appreciated the hospitality of the staff. Mostafa helped us organize the tours we wanted even before our arrival. Every staff member—at the reception, in housekeeping, and during breakfast—was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt very well taken care of. The view from our room was one of the best in all of Giza. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a bit of noise due to the location, but that’s understandable. The location itself is excellent—safe and just a few minutes’ walk from the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids is definitely worth mentioning. It was basic but good and more than enough. They also provide free water if needed, and there’s a coffee setup with a water boiler in the room. Overall, the hotel offers everything you'd expect for the price. I’m usually very critical when it comes to hotels, as I travel a lot and have stayed in other places in Giza as well—but for the location alone, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The actual rooms doesn’t look like the pictures in the app. Very basic rooms but was okay for a short stay (2 night). Place was difficult to find. Located on a very very busy street so the traffic noise is unbearable although we were on the 5th floor. The area of the hotel is very dirty and run down so doesn’t feel safe to walk there. Mattress was absolutely horrible to sleep on. Breakfast was okay but no selection. Rooftop terrace is nice with view of the pyramids. Staff were friendly. If I visit Giza again I will rather pay a bit more so I can at least sleep.

I don’t know how, but all the positive reviews have to be fake. This is NOT A HOTEL, much less a 5 star hotel. This is a floor on a very old building with 6 rooms. The lift is a hazard, it does not even have a door to close inside. And as it seems, it shares the building with a lot more “hotels” such as this listed on Booking. The rooms are EXTREMELY noisy and not insulated AT ALL as it is stated on Booking, nor are the rooms anti allergic, as they smelled of smoke through the whole night, I could barely breath as the air felt so heavy with smoke and exhaust fumes from the cars and bikes from the street. I could not sleep at all due to all noise from the streets. They face a very busy street, with traffic all night blasting their horns, people screaming and music on the streets. The room was on the 5th floor by the way. There are no hand nor face towels in the bathroom, no hand soap, the shower is not well isolated and water goes everywhere. We booked the hotel transfer to go to the airport on the day prior, confirmed buy them for 4am, only to check out and the pick up was late, the reception guy had no idea that it was booked. The gentleman on the day before also offered us take away breakfast only to be denied when asked about it upon check out. We had to insist for him to confirm at the same time he was calling the driver. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night and left very early in the morning. I DO NOT recommend staying here.

The staff was nice and attentive, but they barely spoke English, mainly before arriving with the easy messaging on WhatsApp, but aside from that, it is not worth your money at all!!!

If you’re considering staying here, think twice. The hotel looks incredibly luxurious and clean, but in reality, it’s nothing like that. The rooms are filthy—beds and sheets are constantly covered in hair, fur, mud, and even, at times, animal droppings. They advertise that smoking is allowed in the rooms, but if you do smoke, they later show you a burnt pillow or blanket at checkout and demand extra money. The staff is extremely rude; at one point, the waiters even tried to physically confront us and pick a fight. Do not believe any good reviews about this place—it’s a complete scam.

This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The view of the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking – we couldn’t have been any closer! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and it was a truly majestic experience to enjoy it on the terrace in the sunshine while gazing at the pyramids. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes. In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Giza, offering unbeatable value for money!

Amazing 5-night stay! The hotel offers a stunning panoramic view of the pyramids, making the experience truly special. The tour organization was excellent – we visited the Pyramids, Memphis, Saqqara, the Citadel of Saladin, and the museum. Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience
