Honestly, this place is unreal! The hotel’s literally right in front of the Pyramids, and the view from the balcony makes you feel like you're living in ancient Egypt. The service is spot on, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and really comfy, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. If you're looking for a place to relax with an unbelievable view of the Pyramids, this hotel is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

Giza is a very rough place (please be safe!), not the fault of this hotel. Street is very loud - beeping/honking into the late night. Giza isn't the place for long quiet relaxation. Lack of clarity on room cleanings. Most staff don't speak English, but use Google Translate!

Mostafa will take care of you - great place with stunning views! Very close to the restaurant El Gizawy where you can get super cheap (vegan) falafel sandwiches and Ful (beans dish). Walking distance to the Sphinx entrance of the Giza Plateau (just watch out for all the hecklers on the way...) Free bottles of water everyday. Mostafa speaks great English, and he was waiting for me when I arrived (he met me downstairs). He was also available on WhatsApp to help. Use Google Translate for the folks at the desk! They offered to pick me up at the airport. I opted for Uber, but if you're travelling alone, it's probably worth paying the little extra to avoid complications. Tip for Giza: Use Uber Comfort to get around, watch your belongings and bring a face mask for all the dust around. Bring ear plugs for sleeping at night (Giza everywhere is VERY loud - even at the pyramids you'll hear tons of car honking - not the fault of the hotel!). Cairo the city has plans to clean up the area, but it's a Work In Progress... So know this when you decide to stay in Giza! Also do your research on tours. I didn't do any, but the prices quoted seemed high...so research.
