The property could use some minor maintenance — things like towel racks, mirrors, wardrobe and the TV could be better fixed. However, these small issues are easily overlooked thanks to the incredible view from the room (Sphinx room), which truly makes the stay memorable.

Great stay! Sheko from the breakfast team was incredibly kind and friendly — she made our mornings really special. The receptionist Farag was very helpful and assisted us with an issue regarding our airport transfer. In general, all the staff were kind and ready to help at any time.

The size of the bathroom cubicle. Any person who is slightly bigger can’t fit into that bathroom. Rest everything is amazing

This property is right outside the pyramids entry gate (sphinx side) and the view from the room and the rooftop is just mind blowing.. the staff is super friendly and warm. Especially Mira, uri and the treetop lady staff. As I was travelling with a 2 month old baby they made sure the stay was as comfortable as it can get. Just loved my stay there and definitely stay again on my next visit to giza. Thank you Mira and uri and all the staff for being so accommodating, warm and caring 🥰

The smell of the camel crap outside of the property and the constant harassment and scamming. The breakfast was really poor and not what was expected for the money paid.

The view from room and location close to the pyramids - Staff were friendly in general. Overall room was fine with design.

The room needed some maintainance work. Also there was a small desk to keep our staff, which was not sufficient, since there wasnt any space in the bathroom either.

We had a good view of the pyramids from our balcony, but the balcony was not welcoming to sit and enjoy it. The view from the terrace/ restaurant of the hotel was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was perfect! The girl serving the breakfast was very kind and welcoming! The location of the hotel was good because it is right at the end of the road and there is not much noise from outside. The room was clean.

It is true that the tables get moved around on the rooftop restaurant upstairs approx 11pm and 7am so sleep can be a struggle if you forget ear plugs, didn't bother us too much though. It's also true they will try to sell you tour for an expensive price, we did fine just going it alone through the sphinx entrance and paying online government website prices (egy monuments). Breakfast was OK at best but again worth it for the views.

Views are why you come here, forget everything else you may expect. Bath tub is indeed a jacuzzi with air pressure and hot water, took a little time to fill but worked twice in a row. The bed was large, as were the pillows, bedsheets a little bitty from lots of washes but otherwise sleep was fine, air con worked great. Hotel handled electrics going out across the whole of Giza really well and was fixed by government in a matter of 2 hours. We were helped with bags up 3 flights of stairs to Sphinx Suite room (King Suite with Jacuzzi)

To start, the common areas and the room were not clean. The quality of the food is not good and the price is high according to the quality they offer. The first night we were assigned to a room that had problems with the toilet flush and the noise was simply annoying. We could not sleep at all. Luckily, they changed us into another room the next morning: point to the receptionist that manage with this. The night receptionists listen to music and talk super loud, we had to contact them 2 of the 3 nights we spent there to ask them to stop screaming and put the volume a bit lower (It was about midnight) Again, we put an 8 if we consider the relationship between the price we paid and quality.

Good relationship between price and quality. There is a lot to improve, but according to the price we paid per night the score is 8. The view from the terrace is so beautiful!

Bathrooms were very small. Desk workers were pushy about scheduling an excursion to see the sites and we booked one I thought the charges were expensive. Extra hidden fees for the room that you don't know about until checking in to the hotel.

Location was great, we had a beautiful view of the pyramids. Breakfast was great.

The rooms are basic, the bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom could be nicer. The internet almost never works.

The hotel has the best view on the Pyramids and Sphinx for sure…Just amazing having breakfast on the rooftop observing the pyramids. The waiters are kind and the food, cocktails are really good. The driver Yasser is a very nice guy, waiting for our delayed flight for 2 hours and telling us many interesting facts about Egypt already on our way from the airport. The receptionist Mira is such a kind girl, she organised beautiful 2 days sightseeing trip for us. If you want great photos with the pyramids book a tour guide Adel and if you want an amazing lecture on Egiptology and a real authentic experience of the city, book a guide named Mahmud.

The mattress/bed in my room was broken and it was hard to sleep on it, also the room was really small, without possibilities to move much, and the bathroom even worst. Additionally, the hotel pushes you a lot to get their tours.
