The roof top was amazing to take photos with a great view of the pyramids,😍 & restaurant foods have a variety for all requirements and a special thanks to the staff, particularly Shahd , Islam , amr, Hussein who was always willing to help us with an infectious smile and positive attitude.

the neighborhood is dangerous, there were a lot of power cuts, internet not working well, tour and transportation prices were higher compared to online possibilities.

Everything was great, especially the front desk Islam and Mira and shahd our room was clean They were so friendly and there are a lot of facilities it was enough for us you can take a lot of pictures from the roof top and enjoy your breakfast and the dinner was perfect in front of sound and light show also the food was delicious.

Wonderful hotel with the best view from the rooftop, Amazing service and location in awesome staff is friendly specially ( Shad, Mira, Hussin, Amr, Eslam ), accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever especially Amr, Hussien, Eslam, Amira and Shahd, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. We had contacted them through booking.com messaging and asked about sighseeing packages. They offered us $580 for 2 pax for 1 day cairo,1 day giza and 1 day alexandria. When we went to the hotel they claimed various issues and forced us to pay $750 for the same trips. The bathroom should be more spacious as it was so small and uncomfortable. Shower cubicles are so small that they are difficult to enter and stand, forget bathing. Lift should be arranged as there is only staircase.

The location is pretty good with a great view from rooftop and balcony but the breakfast can be better with some variety.

The Inn provided a complimentary pick up from the Airport because we booked 5D 4N. When we arrived, they provided welcome drinks in the rooftop with the view of the Great Pyramids which superB. They also offer you in the evening a light & sound show you just have to book/reserve a table in advance.

The close proximity to the pyramids the view is exceptional and the staff are fabulous the breakfast is amazing served by fantastic staff who will go out the way for you nothing is too much trouble ِAmr & Eslam are a credit to this hotel and are extremely professional warm and friendly giving helpful advice making you’re stay these extra bit special 10/10
