shower door opens inwards and there's not to much room to get in and out comfortably...rude people banging there doors at all hours ...unfortunately I was there with a large group of male men guests who got got loud and drunk around the bar area from midday onwards not good for other guests to hear and have to listen to...

Was charged twice for breakfast i pointed it out to the reception and was told the amount would be put back on my card ...5 days later it still hasn't been reimbursed...breakfast had quality produce but the hot food was cold ....scrambled eggs ...bacon etc ...other than that there was a good selection of fruits and cold meats.

Being locked out of room because we had a tab bill on our room from the snack bar for 29 euros and we weren’t even due home for 2 days . Also wouldn’t change Scottish notes for euros . It left me very inconvenienced and the manager was very rude and not even sorry just said no won’t change

The lightning in the rooms were a bit dull along with the cleaner coming in to clean when not asked.

The staff were super helpful, especially Alicia at the reception. Hotel was clean, we had a nice balcony view. There was literally no complain, was me and my friend’s first time in Marbella and we’d 100% bw back to the hotel.

The cafeteria, and the room, nº 450, wasn't clean of dust... below chairs, the bed, a whole lot of dust. As if they've been cleaning around it...

Felt a little remote from the coast & you need a car or else you have to rely on taxis. Also sometimes the staff left it up to the guests to find their way, ie heres the keys on you go.

Excellent room, lovely pool area with great terrace and bar. Remembered a birthday and laid on Champagne which was a nice touch . Some of the staff were pleasant and friendly and catered well to the guests in general.

There is no bellboy service + The bar/restaurant service is so slow, The order taker/waiter took forever to take the order and to serve us. Housekeeping morning services starts too early.

The lady in the salon is extremely rude, Which is sad because she doesn’t represent the rest of the lovely staff.

The beds are so comfy, Rooms are SO clean, Kids club is great, Salon inside, Lovely girls at reception, 10/12 min drive from Puerto banus only a €10/€13 taxi !!All the food was so nice!! Really reccommend for the money you pay for it

Noise in the rooms and corridors.

Alex at the reception was great. And the natural orange juice and cleanliness in the swimming pool was outstanding. Parking space fabulous too.

We booked half-board, specially because of the food reviews and we got a bit frustrated. From our experience breakfast is ok but not amazing as it’s said. Dinner quality is low, and the food has an industrial flavor, and no salt at all. Not much choice for starters. For a 4 star hotel we were expecting a bit more quality. Far from the Marbella center and the nice beaches, but we were already aware before going. Pool closes at 8pm and it’s not allowed to swim after that time. A lot of noise during the morning from the corridors as the cleaning ladies start working, not really nice to rest after 8am. The toilet doesn’t have a brush it’s not understandable and the cleaning ladies also don’t clean it.

That simple things like a little shop or on site kiosk that offered drinks , crisps , cakes/biscuits icecreams etc would have helped . There being no nearby shop certainly didnt help .

We booked a superior room and in the description it said we would have a balcony. We had no balcony and asked reception about this. They said they had no rooms to assign us with a balcony. The staff member who we spoke to was rude about this. This is disappointing as we did not get what we booked
