like other review mentioned, the deposits do not seem necessary, as not much can be destroyed from the apartment. the documents for check in was requested more than a week in advance, then requested during check in. and then the host still need to take pictures of them- don’t really understand why. other apartment during our Spahn trip do not have such requirement

There were four of us but only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge area. Bare minimum number of glasses in kitchen and no wine glasses and no small bowls for cereal. The aircon was located only in lounge and struggled to keep the whole apartment cool.

As the building is older the architecture is great, however the separate toilet seat is way too small and uncomfortable depending the necessities you need to do, the bath drain is very slow, having a shower fill it up as if you are having a bath. And last thing is the 200€ cash deposit asked at the checkin, it’s a bit too much, if you are on holidays you can’t spend that money because it’s kept at the property till you return the keys back and they do an “inspection”. This should be reviewed and reconsider a better way to prevent people to commit vandalism or any disturbances.

Location is perfect , near the main streets , with a lot of bars, restaurants, attractions to see near by. The Apartment is spacious and bright and there are two small balconies where you can see the neighbourhood from above.

We would have liked a living area that accommodated six people rather than just a three person sofa. Having 1 x bathroom and 1 x (v small) toilet took some planning and getting used to. A full length mirror in the hallway would also be desirable for the girls but overall it was good and would recommend.

We are a family of six so wanted the additional bedroom that this apartment had compared to others. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The air con was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great base to see Barcelona, we walked to most places of interest but taxis are plentiful and fairly priced too if you are short on time.

Our check out was a little disorganised. We asked to check out at 9am as we had a train at 10am and the host only appeared after a phone call. We were made to empty our own rubbish and then rushed to a pre booked taxi.

We wished it had been closer to the beach! it’s a 45 minute walk or about half an hour by metro including changes etc.

I loved the location. The neighbourhood was great. The woman who met usc, and handed over the keys was very nice and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable.

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures.Every furniture from the house looks old and very waisted, the walls were also painted long ago and looked like a prison walls, the douche was in a little niche that needed a lot of improvment, the door from the toilet didn't close properly and it was dirty from something that looked like poop, the AC didn't work and in the kitchen were the minimum objects that you need, knives that didn't cut, only one garbage bag for 8 days, we had to buy more, in a word very poor. The attitude of the owner was also very unpleasant, I sent a message to say the AC doesn't work and the conditions were not ok and I didn't get any reply.

The location, near city center, shops, a lot of restaurants, near Gaudi masterpieces.

We stayed in the 4-bedroom apartment and it was extremely beautiful. The two rooms with double beds were great, and the other two, although quite small, were very cozy. Some of the windows face the inner courtyard, but that’s not really a downside – more a matter of personal taste. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The entrance and hallway were very charming, and the elevator has that old-school flair – design approved! Overall, the check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the woman who welcomed us was friendly. We would definitely come back again
