Location excelent within walking distance to dinning, bars, market and attractions. Apartment size is good, 3 rooms, kitchen and dinning room al separate. Is older construction building, is upper floor, nees to go upstairs. Clean and comfy.

Two of the three bedrooms didn’t really have windows/looked out into dark old spaces between buildings. The whole place was really old. Needing to pay cash for the deposit. Loud people in the hallway.

It was in an excellent location, close to the metro and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Was clean in the rooms. Beds were large, ac worked, wifi worked.

Only 1 air con unit in lounge areas, bedrooms were warm but not unbearable.

The apartment was very peaceful and a really good size with both bedrooms the perfect size and set up for our family. The kids loved the balconies too

There was a construction work going in the apartment across, noisy. But after contacting the host about it, the noise issue was rest

The property was spacious. Easy check in with house keeper. Location great, 15 minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya, supermarket around the corner, a few local nice restaurants.

Outside noise in the evenings, but that is in most places and did not have a bowl for cereal.

Space we had as bigger then just a room. The kitchen was an asset and the couch in the lounge area was comfortable and relaxing - had the sunshine coming in.

Needs a proper updating. Minimal equipped. Useless deposit which is returned without a single check at exit.

Woodwork, esp in kitchen, could do with painting. Larger mugs for tea/coffee. No storage in twin room…. Just hangers . A few floating shelves would make a difference.

Great location. Girl met us with keys at stated time… no delays. Huge appartment….. shower good, beds comfy.

- zero noise isolation due to ancient windows and woodwork, VERY noisy at night - mattress hard, pillows old and inadequate in main bedroom - toilet very tiny, some acrobatics needed to enter and can't sit comfortably. - distribution of the apartment is poor (dining area cramped, non-functional, no place to sit - can't eat there really) - lack of utensils in the kitchen, can't really cook with what's provided - a small investment could improve the apartment (some hangers here and there, some extra electrical plugs, add a shower curtain, a functioning lock in the toilet, perhaps a frame in the large empty walls, ...) - at around 200 euros a night, overprized for what you get

- an excellent location, close to the metro (5 minutes) - at walking distance to some major attractions (10 - 15 minutes) - the area itself is also nice, largely pedestrian and with several bars and restaurants around - flexibility at time of check-in and check-out - the place was clean

Lovely old apartment in a great location. The apartment is petit but has all the basics for a 2 bedroom and it is in a great location, easy access to everything in the city and nice cafes and restaurants near it.

Located abt 10 from BCN Sant by taxi. Easy check in process. Hse is big and can fit in 6ppl( 3BR). Beds are comfy. Kitchen and washer also available. Walking dstance to city ctre and Metro. Groceries around the corner and cafe also at the same building. However only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, which also very small. TV also small 20".

Bit of a pain to have to pay a cash deposit- we had it back on last night due to an early flight but not ideal to be left with 200 euros at the end of the holiday. Would have preferred bank transfers

The twin room was a bit closed and had little natural light.

We really liked it! It was very good located and very easy to walk to the interesting points, but also in a sector in which there were plenty of places to have dinner or drink something. The apartment was very clean and the people in charge were always available to help.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the bathroom could do with a renovation.

The staff ver friendly. The building was really nice.

The view was not nice - we looked out at the back to court yards of other building.

Washing machine and dishwasher made a big difference. Although it is an old building, still comfortable and clean. My friends liked the heaters in the rooms.

Did not have shampoo or body wash. Was hard to find.

Sparse apartment that had most of what we needed. Excellent location. Was on the expensive side for what it offered.
