I felt the beds were a bit too firm for my liking. I also would have liked if the pool remained open just a few more hours, it would have been so refreshing at the end of a hot day but they closed at 9pm.

I absolutely loved the location, it was perfectly just a couple blocks from the coast and in such a quiet part of the city, yet I had access to all the food and supplies I needed. The Besos tower right beside also acted as a helpful landmark to get us home at the end of a day. Rooms were very nicely sized with optimal air condition and good showers.

The attitude of the front desk when checking in was unpleasant, and the 160 euros did not even include breakfast. The beach nearest to the hotel can't even be called a beach, it's under construction and the environment is bad. The outdoor swimming pool is not as comfortable as the picture.

Everything was perfect.

Everything! The location, could not have better, close to the beaches, Olympic Center, public transportation, an express market next door, great room service very delicious. The pool was refreshing and truly appreciated. The room immaculate and modern with up to date amenities. Gerard and Cata were professional friendly, and helpful. My personal favorite Luz the Lovely gal from Dominica. 👍🏽👍🏽

The staff is very nice and helpful even before arriving they were answering fast. While checking in very nice and kind eventho they had some technical problems, very satisfied. The pool was good, clean just like the photos is it not heated keep in mind. Its provided a lot of things in the bathroom such as toothbrush, razors, razor gel, even a small hair brush and the usuals(shower gel sampoo etc). Very clean room, the bed is huge and very comfortable. Keep in mind there is 6.30€/night/per person extra tourist tax to pay at the check out!

sound proofing

Terrible experience. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation and sound from the neighbours room. Had noisy neighbours who kept me awake at 4.30am!!

- asking 3 weeks prior arrival to get the bed merged. We arrive and get 2 twin beds. The staff offered no solution but saying "yes we didn't confirm on the app 🙂" and it was not possible to be rearranged after... disappointing when paying 1200eur for 4 nights. - water temperature is completely random in the bathroom - the swimming pool in the rooftop is very small and not heated

Rooms were clean. Roof top pool ok. Location very convenient, near bus stops and metro line, shops. Very, very, very tasty breakfast, various choices every day. Hotel offered free transfer from airport, that was really pleasant welcome.

There were construction works in the hotel very close to our room, it was impossible to sleep in the morning hours. Hotel should advise such a works in advance both on their webpage and booking.com.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and metro station, very safe. The personal was very helpful every time. Good breakfast, multiple options from which to choose. Nice pool and terase.

Friendly welcoming team and very accommodating. Very comfortable bed pillows and shower. We will definitely come back to stay here. Extra thanks to Xavi who was always very helpful and lovely customer service. Great location in Poble Nou with lovely cafes doted around and Gandhi park near by.

A little out of the centre.

Easy to find using the Metro. In a nice quiet area of the city with a few cafes and bars a short walk away. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We did walk from the hotel along the beach into the Vell area where the main marina is located. Took about 20/25 minutes. The metro is your best option here.

-My toilet seat had this black grime on it, you could rub it off when you went over it really hard with toilet paper -For some reason I got a room for people with reduced mobility, therefore I did not get a bathtub, which at this price point I absolutely expect. -Weirdly enough even though the room was for folks with reduced mobility the walk in shower did not have a place to put you shower utensils, so either you had to put them on the ground or on the tap, where they tend to slip off, not ideal -My closet door was broken and every time I opened it, it made a loud creaking sound -I did not get an actual blanket only a thin sheet, there was a weird Picknick type blanket in de closet, but that is not what a I expect from a hotel -The pillows were the worst I had in any hotel, they were this elongated tube like shape and did not offer the right kind of support for me -The hotel breakfast was good, but at that price point I expect at least double the options -For some reason they were really stingy with the napkins, you only got one single napkin together with you eating utensils and if you went there for more they were kind of reluctant and you only got one additional one -The coffee tasted horrible -During my stay I had a runny noise and my room did not have tissue paper -I was there for work and so were a couple of my colleagues, we each paid approximately the same and were within a couple of walking minutes of each other, so I have a relatively good comparison, this hotel does not have a gym or a spa, which again considering the price is an absolute must

-The staff was very friendly and accommodating -The location is within 5 minutes of a metro stop and within 3 minutes of a bus stop -You get free bottles of water (330ml) every day -The Wifi connection is fast and stable -Shower gel and Shampoo are provided
