The staff in the canteen were very unwelcoming and unfriendly apart from one waiter with beard who was exceptional.

We could not get the air-conditioning working and since the night staff only spoke Spanish we could not get additional help.i have to say the staff tried to help even if we couldn't communicate at the end.

Great hotel and restaurant. Locals come there to chill in this beautiful hotel and enjoy the food. Staff was very friendly with our dog and they helped us to arrange anything we needed for our 5 months baby as well. The rooms were modern and spacious. Convenient location close to Hondarribia and San Sebastian.

There was nothing we did not like or had other expectations. I would say we were really happy with our stop over for the night. I would say more than we expected.

We stayed for one night and only used the basic facilities and they were good. The restaurant was busy but the staff was still very friendly. We got in late and still had a good time. The view was not great because we were on the ground floor, but the surrounding of the hotel was good. I am sure for other guest who stayed longer there there rooms with view were much better. Everybody looked very happy and relaxed the once we met.

Towels were not replaces even if left on the floor Not all staff speaks English (the concierge does...) The location is close to there places but in between highways so you can't get a morning walk around the hotel

The rooms, looked a little tired. but as we where only staying the night, it was not an issue, the breakfast dining, did not start until 08:30, which for onward travel was too late, as we had another 500 mile plus journey to complete that day, I believe from informative, this breakfast time, may only at the weekend, but unfortunately, we where travelling on a Saturday morning. The only other minor thing was lack of facilities, in the room, to enjoy a morning hot drink.

Cafeteria, was excellent, having completed over 500+ miles, it was nice to be able to eat, without going out into Irun, The food was of a reasonable quality, the Restaurant, looked very nice, but as we only stayed the night, we did not feel that we wanted to dress, for evening meal, I am not saying you need to dress for the Restaurant, it was, our own feelings, as if we ate there, we would like to have dressed, for the occasion.

Great stopover, our usual stop enroute to Caen ferry terminal. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, especially in the bar/restaurant. Will book for our return journey.

As the hotel is placed near motorways, some rooms are a bit noisy at night and first hours of the day. We had to change the first room given, the staff were very understanding and helpful.

When booking through "Booking," we asked for a room on the first (bottom) floor and received confirmation from the hotel. Upon arriving, we were told we could not have a room on the first floor since we should have asked for that when we booked (which we had). It was not the end of the world for us, but an excuse would have been nicer than blaming the customer. The way this was handled was a bit annoying and actually made us book another hotel when we pass Irún next time.

The breakfast was nice. We wish it opened a bit earlier in the weekend, though. The room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. We have stayed there several times, usually finding it very good for a night's sleep during a long drive.
