Good location - close but not too close to the motorway. Rooms large and nicely furnished (japandi?). Walk in shower was great. Restaurant food 👍.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean too. There was a good choice of food and the food was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our golden retriever and he was made welcome too. Large car parks, plenty of space. Nice dog walk down side of golf course. Hotel was easy to find and there is a fuel station next door should you need to fill up before you get back on the road.

Although conveniently placed near the motorway entering the hotel on the small and high-speed local roads is kind of messy if you don't know your way around. Our second time here and we still had trouble to find our way in. Breakfast earlier than 7.30 would be nice too. And a minor comment; it would be an improvement with natural yoghurt for breakfast and not just sweetened and flavoured ones.

The staff was friendly, rooms clean and bed comfortable. Conveniently placed near the motorway, yet silent. Good selection at the restaurant. Good value!

Our final day at the hotel was not a good experience as it was busy due to an event at San Sebastian so the breakfast area was really busy and you needed to wait a lot to be seated and during the check out there was only one receptionist and a long queue so guests were complaining. I am quite sure they could organise themselves in advance and hire more staff on the dates they know the hotel is full.

The room was big and breakfast had very good variety, the hotel is around 20 min drive from San Sebastian but the first night the receptionist recommended to go for dinner to 'Hondarribia' which was the closest town from the hotel and it was a beautiful surprise to find a very nice old town which was 100% better than 'Irun' The hotel has a restaurant which was always busy during different hours which made the atmosphere of the hotel very friendly. We had dinner there once and the food is good.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective and not very cold especially as the temperatures were extremely hot. A kettle, coffee/tea in the room would have been useful as there were no facilities open by the time we arrived. A dog staying cost 17 euros which was very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at which averaged 5 euros.

nothing. was perfect.

we found the room, after a very uncomfy night in a ships cabin bunks on the ferry the night before, opened the door, and immediately saw... a bunk bed! (oh no!) walked in, saw another door, 2 lovely singles in a second room! (oh yes!) somehow we had a family suite, we had a late meal, a few beers and breakfast too, we really liked our overnight stay and thankyou for being so much more for two very tired long distance travellers, on our home run.
