Everything was really good.

Really good hotel. This was the third time to stay and each stay has been as good as the last. Reception staff are very good and helpful. Rooms are very large, comfortable and clean and very quiet. Bathrooms are also large and very clean. Meals in the restaurant/cafe are good with a large menu to choose from. Breakfast is also well worth having with an array of cold and hot choices. Well worth remembering, to drive either north or south, you have to turn left out of the car park following the sign to the petrol station, drive through the forecourt, turn right onto the main road and take the first slip road on the right to the motorway.

After an 5 hour drive in pouring rain this hotel was welcoming on arrival transfer of luggage was easy. Our room was lovely, warm clean and spacious. WiFi was quick and easy.

Nothing but here are a few things that could be taken into consideration in the future. The lights in the rooms are way too white and intense for me as i suffer from photosensitivity, and there's no way to dim them, or turn on other lights that would be less bright. The bathroom is beginning to look quite dated but it was very clean, like always. Beds could be a tiny bit softer.

The hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast is great. The staff is very welcoming. We've been coming here for years and have always felt welcomed. Even during Covid they did everything to accommodate us to the best of their abilities with the limitations imposed at that time. Will continue to return like always. The best hotel for our needs.

Not so much a dislike, more a note of caution - for older English drivers like us, maybe! The location is problematic if you're new to the area. Situated very close to both motorway and main city roads, the approach from France via Google maps failed to indicate the tiny turn to the hotel. Consequently found ourselves on the Autoroute and a 5k drive back around more busy roads to find the hotel. It was worth the effort, nevertheless!

Unbelievable value for money. Head and shoulders above similarly priced or even more expensive hotels. High quality, large clean room, lovely shower, warm welcome, plenty of parking. Excellent cafe/restaurant with friendly patient staff. Would definitely recommend and return.

Everything was up to standard.

Very large room which was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and enabled us to sleep really well. Large clean bathroom The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We found that the hotel is easy to find off the motorway.

Got a huge room. The breakfast very OK. Slept well (however with windows closed - otherwise you can hear the noise of motorway). Highly recommended if you want to stay overnight on the way and continue your car trip next day.

Food in bar/cafe nothing to write hone about and our service was a bit dodgy. However, it was open and available for at least something after a long journey.

Paid 36 euros for large double ensuite with decent bed and fixtures/fittings (stopover en route) Not sure better value could have been found and actually quite extraordinary these days. Receptionists helpful.

Very good hotel, I highly recommend it. We stayed 2 nights in room 111. Bed was confortable, a little noisy next door to us, but it quilted down by 22:00. Very nice room for a budget stay close to the highway. Good internet. Very friendly staff, English speaking. Free parking and lot of it. Driving distance to groceries, but a very nice restaurant in the hotel.

Would have liked at least one English speaking channel on the TV (although not a 'biggie').

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice. All the staff that we had dealings with - front desk and restaurant - were friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Plenty of free parking both in front and around the back of the hotel. Location was great for a stopover en-route between Spain and France.

Convenient location near to Border, facilities in the area and proximity to San Sébastian and motorway network. Room was clean and comfortable. The room is very large and bigger than expected, everything was fabulous and we’ve booked again for our return journey we were that impressed.
