How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I didn't like that we had to pay for wifi. Free 2hr wifi shouldn't be a thing.

The air conditioner in the room was working, but it was still too hot, even when set to 17°C. This might have been due to an issue with the air conditioner or the room's lack of insulation from the outside. One window by the door had a mosquito net and shutters, but no glass.

We were picked up from the airport by the bus organised by hotel staff. My kids said the driver was a friendly man, we were greeted beautifully at the reception by the friendly staff. Great location, swimming pool and friendly staff, and yummy food prepared by hotel Chef. The hotel has a handicraft selling beautiful summer clothes. I highly recommend this place to anyone as the location is convenient and close to the airport.

Resort itself is nice. Our room location not so good. Very very noisy all night, so got no sleep at all. But not all rooms would be like that.
Nice and close to the airport. Great for early morning flight , plus courtesy drop off. Lovely staff.

Not alot to do around the area. However this hotel is set up for convenience to the airport and not for a holiday stay.....so really, it's not a negative
Great location for the airport. Staff were excellent in accommodating us after check out and while waiting for our evening flight.

Nothing was u likeable
Shuttle from airport, pick up in the morning ,receptionist knew we should wait at bus stop but our transport driver came in foyer to greet us. Curry was excellent!

We had an awesome 2 days.It was peaceful, staffs were friendly. Kids just love the pool and the slide!. It was not a hussle getting to and from the airport as it was just a minute walk away. The hotel offered free airport shuttle as well. Vinaka.We definitely be back for the pool and slide!

The noise of people singing through the night And a beeping alarm in our room that started Through the night then stopped again around 5am The temperature light on the air conditioning was very bright also in the master suite in the night.
It was very convenient to getting to and from the airport. Room was lovely and clean

Location was great - walked to the airport for morning flight (although there is a free shuttle). Bathroom looked recently renovated, with powerful shower. Air Con worked well. Room was small but designed to make good use of space. Restaurant on site convenient when arriving in evening.

Our order was incorrect twice at the restaurant, when we advised the staff member she responded "oh sorry" and we said it was ok and settled for what we got as we didn't mind too much. The rooms are also quite small and not much space to move in bathroom or to put luggage anywhere. There is not much to do around the hotel however great for early flight the next day.
The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. This hotel is affordable with the breakfast, lunch and dinner options reasonably priced. Easy location right across from the airport. Facilities: the pool is excellent and the slide is a fun feature also the gym was easily accessible for our stay.

No wifi in the rooms! wifi is only available in the lobby and only for an hour at a time.
Location is excellent, the rooms were clean spacious and well equipped and the staff were lovely.

The staff not great.. unable to take food orders properly and had to come back and forth asking to repeat order, instead of noting down on a paper. Drinks all time served once meal had finished, very slow.
