The garden patio was very , very , dirty with bird poo all over it,everywhere, the garden table was again very dirty , and the garden was also also very untidy. That was a shame as everything else was excellent

Getting to and from the highway just a little longer than it seems. Google maps took us to the wrong side of the hotel... and that added some driving time. (not that the hotel can be blamed)

Excellent comfort for the price. Beds are large and super comfortable. Personnel is VERY friendly and professional. Great location for a stop along the way.. so much we decided to stop there again on our way back. It is a little further from the highway than it seems.. but close by both shopping, groceries and walking distance to a restaurant (10% discount voucher art the hotel flyer desk). Parking is safe and gated at night. Great place to walk the dog just outside the gate.

Room smelled of sewage but it did go after leaving window open and turning on taps, There was tv there but no signal at all.

Breakfast not good. Fresh fruit wasn’t fresh, no bread he said he hadn’t ordered enough, no pastries eg croissants pain de chocolate. Buffalo grill up road did excellent meals.

We had a slightly bigger room but there was only 1 chair available. There was no fridge in the room. It was ok with us as we were there for 1 night only. This hotel is more suited for people on business. Breakfast was good

We arrived early and the staff let us into the room because we'd driven overnight from Benidorm. Like Offering sanctuary to our poor souls. Very appreciated and they were friendly and perfect. Room had also an outside area which was unexpected and great.

Where you hold the bathroom door was very dirty. It is critical to clean handles and around each day and all of them in the room and everywhere in the hotel. I couldn't plug my hybrid car because there is no standard 220V plug and the charger supplied has no cable.

I travelled down from Calais and didn’t arrive until 1130 pm. However, having called the reception, a key was left in a coded box so I could still access my room after reception had closed. Great service
