Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur stay at Passy Eiffel was perfection! The rooms were fresh and clean and they made excellent use of space. The bathrooms were better than any we have had at other hotels in Paris. The hotel was quiet and peaceful even on a Friday night in the summer. The views were absolutely spectacular!! The hotel was in a wonderful location to explore Paris on foot. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. As a family of four, we stayed in two rooms and they were both ideal!!

everything was great, the location was excellent and the hotel provided us with a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower with no extra charge. The level of interior design through out was exceptional this was the main reason I booked the hotel and it did NOT disappoint!

Canadathere is nothing I didn’t like, however I am not a high maintenance person, who nitpicks every small detail.
the rooms had heat pumps, so it was nice.. the room we stayed in was on the street side and had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The tower was about a 10-15 walk away. the rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. the price was (in my opinion) for Paris was great. if I ever go back to Paris I will book here. breakfast was not included in my booking, but McDonalds was just up the street.

South AfricaThe beds were uncomfortable. The TV was basically falling off the wall. The showers were not great and the carpets everywhere were not of a standard i expected. I think if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower in a 2 star facility, then consider this hotel. If not, find something else for the same amount you will be spending here.
Location is close to the Eiffel Tower, so ideal for that. But value for money, i dont think so.

RussiaI arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. I was given a room that was not cleaned. I asked for another one. To which, the administrator said that he would go and check and if the room was not cleaned, he would send me to another hotel. I replied that on condition that they pay for the taxi. He refused and replied that if I don’t like something, I can go to another hotel. Very upset with this service. He didn't even apologize. In the end he gave me a room in the same hotel. I don't understand why the service is so bad.
Not a bad location. There are many local shops nearby and great shopping. Nearby is the Elphel Tower and a great place to take a walk.

SpainThe lift was broken so I could not have my room . I was given another room and my daughter another room. It was a celebration so being in separate rooms was rubbish. So we only got 1 day in the room. Asked for twin beds. We got twin beds but they were made as 1. So only 1 duvet. Then on the last day. Our room was infested with ants. All over the bed and in our bags. They sent housekeeping up all se did was laugh. So not a good stay. And I'm disabled.

United StatesRoom was tiny! I'm 4'8" and barely fit in shower. A full size bed, one pillow, one blanket, no coffee machine or tea bags, wanted to charge extra for everything, couldn't even get water. Beggars on streets outside, tiny elevator, door not very secure. Should have either a dead bolt on door or at least a chair with a back tall enough to fit under door knob. Did not feel safe in room.
