Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was indeed really quiet, which was amazing considering I didn't get to sleep at all on my redeye flight. All the staff were so friendly! I couldn't believe how comfy the bed was, I did not want to get out of it - and the shower was great. I loved how walkable it was to the metro and Montmartre. Really nice little breakfast too! I would definitely stay here again :)

AustraliaThe surroundings of the hotel are filfthy. Not a great area to stay. We felt unsafe and it was the area of Montmartre that we wanted to see. There is nothing around. No nice coffee shops. It is on a main road so very noisy with wierd people partying all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Way too expensive for what you get.

FranceSource hotel was perfect for us! We needed to spend a night neat Bichat hospital to be able to be there early in the morning. The room and the bathroom were comfortable and spacious and the on-site parking was a life saver. The staff was very kind.

The location, close to alll the atraction points. The view is amazing, the room was clean and bigger than another hotel we stayed, not the most modern furniture but clean, comfortable bed, i asked for an extra blanket and i received it but the most important was the gentlemen from the reception, Meziane, who was the symbol of kindness. I hope he finds in his way only persons like him! Definately, when we’ll return we”ll stay here again. I forgot to mention that the train station is literaly in front of the hotel.

United StatesThe items mentioned as Room amenities were not in the room like iron, kettle etc. and were only in the breakfast room or upon request, so it was misleading on the listing description and we brought a lot of teas for no reason as we were planning on making us teas at night in the room when already in pj's. There was also no meeting room where you could sit and plan or play games since they already started to set the tables for breakfast around 9:30 PM every evening and that was the only place you could hang out with multiple people from rooms.
The showers were big.

United StatesIn picture's the room was a little bit bigger than reality, but it was still perfect for us, we know in Europe everything is very small and tight.
The Source Hotel was a perfect place for us, clean, accessible, the staff is amazing they always give us tips about transportation and things to do around the hotel and the city. Since the reception until the people in the kitchen for breakfast are really good, the breakfast is amazing for the price, we as Americans eat breakfast early and now they don't, but their buffet is perfect, you can go out and do your activities without early hunger. Is a bus stop and metro a couple feet from the hotel very accesibles to connect with the whole city. If we have the opportunity to go again, this will be our hotel for sure. Small family friendly hotel with a high standard of cleanliness and security. The welcome was outstanding as was the care and service of the management throughout the five days we were there. Excellent location-2 minute walk to metro and trams. More than adequate breakfast available for just a few euros. Situated in a nice but busy street - quiet from around 1900 hrs and throughout the night. Located amongst excellent cafes as well as fruit shops, artisan boulangeries, epiceries and general goods.
