Across the street from major train stations including the Tube and the Chunnel train to Paris. Very nice people, exceptionally clean rooms.

The loo and shower needed some TLC but the value for money was excellent.

Location, very close to Kings Cross St. Pancras train station. Temperature of shower was great as was quality of towels. Very good tea/coffee making facilities in room

The bed was a little squeaky with every slight movement. On 3rd floor with no lift.

Bathroom was a bit grim. Just avoided the shower and used a bath towel for the floor. Was fine - worked okay for the one night.

The rooms are small and one can hear everything that happens in the hallway (and possibly in the neighbouring rooms). Ok for a couple of days, but not much longer.

The room was cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient for moving around London, next to King's Cross/Saint Pancras.

Some of the doors close a little hard, which can disturb people at night. The bed was a bit hard. And though to me it felt like a perfect little nest, probably not best for people with claustrophobia.

Perfectly situated right next to King’s Cross. Small and sweet, no frills but you don’t really need them. Great for a solo traveler on business or exploring.

Not a lot! The internet connection in my lower-floor room was patchy, but the staff let me use an upstairs room for a work call. That was greatly appreciated!

A slightly larger basin in the bathroom would have been good along with a small shelf to be able to put things on. We had booked a basic room which was small and just that little bit of extra space would have been nice.

Really great location only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross. Surprisingly quiet in terms of location and in the hotel which I appreciated. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room and bathroom very clean. Beds very comfortable. Extra bonus was being able to leave our bags free of charge on the day we checked out so we didn't have to find somewhere else. Would book to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. We arrived in London at 9:30pm and we were travelling out again 4:30am. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes from St Pancras and Kings Cross. We had a friendly welcome on arrival. The room was basic but clean and had all the facilities we needed, private shower room, simple toiletries, hairdryer, tea/coffee etc. Would use this hotel again if needed.
