Breakfast isnʻt varied, literally thereʻs nothing to eat. A bit far from the downtown.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Located not far from the bus 337 and itʻs easy to get to the airport and the city centre. The staff is welcoming. Not my first time here and will come again.

Everything was perfect

The place was very nice and quiet. Most importantly, the staff were all very hospitable. The room service staff were kind and helpful, the restaurant area was pleasant with a variety of breakfast options suitable for every type of diet, and the restaurant staff were polite and attentive. The reception staff were also very kind, and what stood out the most was their fluency in English and their willingness to assist in every possible way. This hotel will definitely remain on my list for future trips

Very good hotel with good cleanliness and excellent staff who helped when needed, beautiful interior, gilded elevator and a good view from the window of the city. Every day they cleaned the room as if we had moved in again, including new bottles of water.

My experience in this hotel was really fantastic! The staff was really welcoming and helpful , always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities . My experience in this hotel was really amazing . the staff was so helpful, they immediately responded to every request i had . Breakfast was really delicious and had so many options . The room itself was really clean and comfortable. Hotel also has a garden where you can enjoy your free time. I will totally come back here, absolutely recommended ❤️

Erratic hot water supply in one of bathroom. Although it was fixed by the hotel maintenance a couple of times but still the problem kept occurring.

Not 4 stars. Three at best. Poor location, in area near all car mechanic shops. But still walkable to the old town. Design is clean and not run down but not professional hence rooms looks small and dark. Staff is argumentative.

Wifi is not working in the room. Reception is not helpful about this. They are lying and telling it is working in the room but there is a problem (WiFi is not strong enough to use, so it’s useless) which they doesn’t want to solve.

- wifi was very bad. it was on and off, and there was no signal from some parts of room constantly. when we had signal inet was very slow also. They need to improve this, as so many people working from their laptops nowadays. This kind of wifi is not acceptable. - there could be more comfortable chair and bigger table for same reasons also. - breakfast was very poor. just eggs, a few vegetables and bread. Tea, coffee and juices. Need to add few different varities. - water flow in shower is strange, it is boling hot, then it turns cold, after a few seconds turns into hot again. Hard to control it. Bathtub was nice.

the hotel is okay and you can safely stay, however there are so many things that can be improved. - hotel is clean. it was really clean when we checked in and also during out stay (even though it was cleaned only 1 time in 4 days by cleaning ladies) cleaning was spotless. - rooms are okay, we booked a suite room, and we received exactly the same one in photos, they left water, teabags etc. Also, all amenities and equipment in the room was working as they should, nothing broken. - staff is nice and helpful, didnt have any problems. - location is outside of historical city center, it was okay for us but if you are looking for something walking distance to attractions and restaurants it not this, you need to take taxi or rent a car from here every time you go out.
