Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Main entrance falling into a by lane and steps to entrance are a bit high for older people like us to climb. Security safe fixed in the wardrobe should be relocated at the reasonable body level for operation. It is not possible to bend down for old people for its use. Side bars may be fixed in the bathing area for safety of older guests from falling.
Proximity to the city center and easy excess to all the sightseeings. Clean well maintained and comfortable. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would like to name Ms. Alina and Ms.Tamari who would get up from their seat and help us to our request.

This 17 rooms five star hotel is very well located right in the centre of Tbilisi It has a main entrance on a very quiet alley [Alexandre Dumas Street] and a second access via their restaurant on Aleksandr Pushkin Street If you have a room overlooking this road, be aware that traffic can be pretty noisy Just outside the restaurant there's an exchange office with very competitive rates and Freedom Square is just minutes away The rooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable Staff are helpful and friendly I would definitely avoid their breakfast though: muffins hard as rock, tea weak and tasteless, bacon 95% fat, and I could go on

Variety of breakfast was not so much, especially notable for guests who had to stay longer than a couple of days.
The great location near to old city centre, helpful staff, special thanks to Rosi and David. Rooms were big and comfortable, cleaned every day, water and coffee provided.

Elena was very caring and considerate. The other guys at the reception were good too. They hailed a cab for us and looked after all our needs. Polite and efficient. Breakfast was super. Very good cheese omelet. Location is very near the starting point of coach tours.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The reception lady is super sweet and helpful. The location is the best as it's near everything and there are plenty of attractions and restaurants in the area. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, you can find everything you need in the room. Breakfast was bad. Poor varieties and quality of the food. The buffet was less than basic and the service wasn't the best. I suggest they should work more on their FnB service.

it would be helpful to know in advance if early check in is possible - especially if you arrive at 6 am, the hotel should know if early check in is possible or not- obviously totally ok to charge a fee for that. had to wake up the porter in another hotel a few meters further to get some hours of sleep before I could check into the hotel I had originally booked. Completely unnecessary for me such a welcome! the rooms are simply but discreetly furnished, but unfortunately the lighting has been neglected 2 table lamps and none worked. room smelled good, only an unpleasant garlic cloud came out of the fridge

the breakfast staff - we stayed 2 days first day 15 minutes late 2nd day the breakfast wasn’t even ready at 8:30 - the room amenities wasn’t all there we had to call several times to get the robes, shaving essentials etc.
rosy was very helpful and good reception staff are nice they will help you our room view is also nice with balcony location if you’re walking towards old town is very nice
