Only little gripe I'd say it would be handy to have a pan and brush to tidy up after yourselves but no big issues

Loved the location and how everything was so very close by. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned tirelessly by the cleaner regularly. Supermarkets and the beach and great tavernas all within minutes walk. And the beautiful city of Chania is easily reached by the bus service every 15 minutes. Highly recommended

Basically nothing important, a broom and a shovel would be useful in the apartment.

Well equipped apartment, quiet location, very close to beaches (one of the best near Chania), two large supermarkets within walking distance, good bus connection to Chania. All communication was via whatsapp, no problem at all.

More sunbeds at the pool would be nice to accommodate all residents at a given time as often you would have people leaving their towels out on the sunbeds all day without even being present at the pool

Location is great. There is a really good bus service into Chania. Sueno is on a quiet road but there are lots of restaurants and mini supermarkets and other amenities nearby. My daughter and I particularly liked the running track at the end of the road towards the beach! We felt safe on our early morning run. The beaches close by are lovely too. Soft sand and crystal clear water. Also nice snack bar on the beach we went to most. Sueno is spotlessly clean. Beds very comfy. The pool area is lovely too. Very peaceful and calm so very relaxing. WiFi very good. Modern and attractive decor. Kitchen is very well equipped. We hope to come back! Thank you

Sometimes was challenging to find parking along the street

New, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to some very nice beaches. If looking for a more quiet location away from the old town but still close enoigh to drive or bus in, this is perfect. They were very accomodating allowing us to check in ASAP and out a bit later with a 3 month old. Allowed us to stay and use the pool.

We stayed for a week in Crete with a group of four friends, and our experience was fantastic! The location was perfect for us – not too central, but still close to shops and beaches. The pool area was a major plus, with plenty of space to sunbathe every day. We managed well without a car, as the bus service to Chania town is convenient, and Aggeliki arranged taxis for us whenever we needed to go elsewhere. The apartment (two-bedroom) was extremely clean – even better than the pictures – and a cleaner came almost every day to tidy up. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The value for money is excellent, and our entire group agreed that we would definitely come back here again!

Apartament was very clean , everything was perfect. Highly recommended for holiday with children or without. Communication with owners was spot on and location of complex is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every minute of stay . Price to quality is excellent.

The apartment complex is poorly sound-proofed, twice we were woken up by neighbors slamming doors and talking which was super loud. We missed some hangers for coats and towels and a little more space to put stuff in the bathroom. Pool and sunbeds were mostly in the shades during our visit.

Aggeliki was the most helpful host - she organized a sailing day trip and a rental car for us and was always super quickly to respond. The location of the apartment is great, several nice beaches and restaurants/cafés are close within walking distance. Chania old town can be reached via bus in approx. 20 minutes. Taxi transfer was 35€ from Chania. I would still recommend to rent a car for a few days to get around. The whole apartment complex seemed well maintained and cleaned. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished and very clean. Smart TV with Netflix etc. available. Balcony was also nice. Bed was comfortable, a little soft. I would recommend this place for a beach trip any time :)

Great location near supermarkets and restaurants and only 15i minutes away from the lovely Chania. Comfortable modern flat. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Pleasant stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful to us. We didn’t only arrive very late, but they were also ready to help, when our rental car broke down on the way to Chania. When we arrived, the keys were there and we could access the apartment straight away. The apartments and property seems brand new and lovely, so it is a very pleasant place to stay. Close to the beach and only 10 minutes from central Chania. Can definitely recommend whether you’re a family or just a couple.

Small bathroom, i barely could fit in the toilet space(187 cm tall and weigh 100 kg) . Very noisy because our room was near the pool, the entrance door has quite a gap underneath it and the sound is not isolated properly .

Tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and situated in a good location near supermarkets ,a restaurant and Cafe Loca/Move On. The furniture looked like new and the bed was comfortable. We liked the balcony as well.

There was no facility within the property to buy something to drink or to eat. You had to go out of the property to get something. Very small pool. We used the property only for sleep.
