The breakfast menu was the same for all 3 days. Traffic noise even at midnight. The security around the hotel does not seem so good.

Airconditioning did not work properly and it was over 40 degrees outside. The room was not clean and the service after the first night was poor (beds were not made, no clean glasses, no bottle of water)

the room was clean but the stairs were dirty. The location was a bit "sketchy" and noisy. The breakfast is good. The TV didn't work. The requested wake up call at 5 am was not made by one of the receptionist that was not kind at all. The other receptionists and staff were very kind.

The location was a little sketchy, but not much you can do about it. Inside the hotel we felr safe, but the little court out front usually had some weirdos in it.

The decor and ambiance is so cool, breakfast is amazing, and we loved our room and view.

Very dated, tatty & dirty hotel…walls badly stained, curtains hanging off rail & flooring breaking up. Also badly stained hall carpets & upholstery. Breakfast very poor standard. Police presence required outside as lots of homeless people in area which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Awful hotel & not a great part of the city. We couldn’t wait to leave!

it’s located in a “complicated” neighborhood. at night can be a little scary to walk due to the homeless people. also, the hotel is really old and the bed was the worst. not clean enough and smelly. our safe box did not work and even though they told us they will change it, that never happened. if you’re on a budget this place will work, otherwise, look somewhere else.

Everything. It was like a very bad joke. From the moment I checked in until I left. Started by charging me 3 euros when I arrived for 1 night stay tax fees, when I asked for what he said 1.5 per night...when I told him I my reservation waaa for 1 night he checked again and said no I don't need to pay since it was ready charged to my card online (basically if I would have not asked he would have randomly charged me 3 euros) Got into my room through some stairs with carpets full of stains, smelly, walls with stains and dirty. My room with (no bathtub as specifically booked) and a dirty shower instead. After asking for a room with a bathtub, they gave me one, with a tub out of service, dirty, and an unusual small size.. Everything but what was presented im the pictures. Complete scam, that room didn't even have a normal bed but a couch, so I changed the room to the 1st one so I could at least have a bed instead of a couch bed. At 8 in the morning, some very loud bells ran through the whole building, at 8:25 again, so no sleeping in, forget about that... at 9:10 someone (I guess the cleaning staff) tried to come into my room, they knocked ones and immediately opened the door while I was in the bathroom, luckily enough I had double locked my door otherwise they would have simply marched into my room. I left the room around 10 to go for a walk, at 11:45 before the checkout at noon, they had gone into my room to change the towels... and I will not discuss the breakfast. .. It was... a bad joke this place.

Nothing, I would strongly suggest all travels that are even considering this place, to stay elsewhere.

With or without accessibility, could be much better in terms of cleanse. The are is also dirty, except for the principal street the surroundings seem to be unsafe, with people talking very loud. Definitely not suited for single travelers looking for walking around.

Close to a subway station and very friendly stuff. The old furniture and paintings inside the building (could use some reconditioning but looks stunning nevertheless)

the location although central wasn’t in the nicest neighbourhood, as a solo traveller I didn’t feel comfortable going out at night. the room wasn’t cleaned very well from who was previously there (lollies on floor) and it was very noisy, both outside noise and from other guests staying (thin walls).

the staff were pleasant and the breakfast buffet was adequate.

The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfasts were quite good.

The hotel was not ready for winter. It was quite cold and water was dripping from the ceiling. Our room has a window to a balcony available to everyone. The window is not fully transparent but still one can see shapes through it so it was strange and uncomfortable.

The stay here was indeed above our expectations. Our room was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities that you need for short getaway. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful. Huge thanks to Vaya who was charming and always ready to assist us with our queries. ♡❤ Greece . We hope that we will come back.

Hotel is in a dangerous area full of drug users. The park in front of the hotel might even be their meeting place! At night, hotel was very very noisy because of young students. Pictures of the hotel are very old. Hotel does not look like they showed it in the website.
