The pool and staff were great. Very clean. The front desk staff was TERRIFIC! One of the gentlemen at the front desk assisted us in mapping out some of the great attractions we are very grateful for his assistance. +BRAVO! The bell staff & doorman ALWAYS there to assist from any question we provided. The housekeeping staff was outstanding and we loved that! The location was a bit far from the city center.

The hotel was amazing. It was very clean, the food was great, the pool had an amazing enviroment and was spacious, and the staff were the best.

We just found the air con in our room not as co as it could be but everything else was great !

I unfortunately arrived with a broken ankle. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Told me where nearest hospital is and Lao Ed me a wheel chair during our stay. Great pool and very clean rooms. Really really enjoyed our stay.

No spa (due to Corona the hotel canceled the spa and they haven’t restarted yet). It’s unacceptable to learn this at the reception desk (we booked almost 2 months ago). Very noisy (and slow) AC. Except for Amalia, the staff at the reception was not very nice nor helpful. During our stay we got 3 early morning calls in the room from unknown callers while sleeping; we believe it was from the reception desk. No 24h room service. Just like the SPA: they say they do, but they don’t.

Good old school style. Ample spaces. Possibly the best hotel swimming pool with views to the Acropolis in the city. Quiet neighborhood with not a single tourist but still within walking distance to the centre and main city attractions.

The rooms are a bit dated. we had a double bedroom which essentially was two singles pushed together. I know this is common in Greece but we expected better from a hotel like Divani. Also I had a business meeting to attend and asked for an iron for my clothes. The reception said they don’t offer this service but she would ask her boss and get back to me. I never heard from her.

The hotel is beautiful with an outstanding rooftop pool and restaurant. it is located in a great area of Athens, walkable to many attractions such as the Acropolis, museums, Sydagma, Monastiraki etc. We had booked another lovely hotel for our stay but as soon as we walked the area we knew we had to leave as it felt very unsafe and we were told but the taxi driver and the cops outside to avoid walking outside. we decided to change hotels to Divani Caravel, especially since we were travelling with teens, and it was the best decision: Divani will be our go-to hotel in the future.

Pillows are hard, and we even ordered the softest option in their 'Pillow Menu' (nice touch, but offer also super soft pillows for us sleeping on our stomachs).

Rooms are spacious, extremely clean. Loved the complimentary Illy espresso machine and capsules in the room - a nice touch.

The bed, large and very comfortable. Our room was a good size with plenty of room to move around. Bathroom well equipped except you have to step into the bath for a shower. Big fluffy towels with amenities replaced each day. Swimming pool a good size on the top floor with great views if the Parthenon and Lycabettos Hill. We ate breakfast in either if the surrounding cafes, also great for dinner too. Metro is within 10 minute walking distance. This is our second time at this hotel and we would go again
