Change of linen: our family of three rested for 7 days. At our request, it was possible to change the linen for all family members, but only two out of three were changed. On other days, the linen was not changed, but only turned over to the other side. Bath accessories brought by accident.

The staffs are not very helpful. I asked for an iron and iron board one day as these are not provided in room. I called many times to the reception and the staff told me that they are making an exception for me by providing the iron and iron board but still I did not get them before I had to leave for a dinner party.

The location is good, about 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to Acropolis but it is not as crowded and touristy as Plaka or other areas near Acropolis.

Too noisy. You can hear too much noise from the corridor when you are in the room (lift, people talking loudly, cleaning staff…). Very disappointing.

Nice views from the top of the building. Nice room. Confortable bed. Some staff nice, some really not.

Very dissatisfied. When a double bed is not at all available, it should be clearly mentioned in the Booking details. Had I known from the beginning that there were just two single beds brought together to form a double bed, I would have not booked at Divani at all.

No way it’s a 5 star hotel! Hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. Rooms not always cleaned. Pool had black dirt ring around it. Breakfast was ok. Lobby always packed with teams of flight attendants. Tiles dirty and cracked in the bathroom.

21€ for parking (plus tip) seems a little steep. Room was loud (windows not insulated and even though I was on the sixth floor, the traffic kept me awake. In addition the AC was too loud.

Desperately needs renovation, not a 5 star service, the bar at the pool had the worst service, nobody would take orders from tables, one man was constantly moving begins the bar, god knows what he was doing, but never bothered to take any orders. This happened 3 days in a row. The staf looked borderline indifferent. Might have been 5 stars 20 years ago, definitely not now.

The service was very bad. We had to wait for 3 hours to get a room. We were not even offered coffee, tea or water when waiting after a long flight.There was no water in the room. The room is pretty old-fashioned. For a 200 euros / night hote, we could expect better.

Location is good and they got me print documents for free.

Very over rated just a normal big hotel the best part was the breakfast. Rooms are average, amenities very normal nothing impressive I think its a bit expensive for what it is staff are not very friendly, very busy hotel I don't will go back again, location is good but you need a taxi to go to down town or shopping areas

The pricing of meals within their hotel are on the expensive level (but quality). A little more competitive pricing would see more patron participation.

This hotel has very high customer service levels. You can’t can’t ask for too much, they are fantastic, friendly and obliging. The rooftop pool, bar night time restaurant is sensational (particularly around sunset). Wonderful views
