The sliding door to the bedroom off of the main area was broken. The TVs didn’t work. The mattresses were slightly longer than the bed frames, so we had to have someone come in and help us push them down so we weren’t sleeping with our feet sticking up in the air. The beds were creaky. Couldn’t figure out how to get the lower shower head to work, despite pressing every button we could see. The plug in the sink didn’t work very well. The floors seemed slightly dirty.

Good location; spacious rooms; nice breakfast; nice swimming pool and area; Zack, the hotel manager, was extremely nice and helpful.

Fridge was not clean

The room was perfect for what we were looking for, somewhere to stay overnight, as it is 7 minutes drive from the airport(30euro)-We tried to walk to it ,but the roads do not have the footpath, quite dangerous actually, so we did return and order a shuttle- there is a cheaper transfer organised by the hotel( but we found that out too late). Zack was very helpful with anything we asked for! He gave us a taxi driver's number, Iulian, which came very handy for the whole day! The taxi driver service exceeded our expectations! He let us hold the luggage inside the car while we explored the island for a few hours before our Ferry to Naxos island. The room was clean enough, the fridge was not very clean though... There are no appliances in the room, nor a kitchen or anything like a kettle. But that is ok, as the bar is literally at the doorstep of room number 3. The breakfast included in the price was also good, coffee was excellent! Overall, we are very pleased! The room to use for a short stay would be best , I 'd say!

After such a LONG trip, we were very appreciative of Zach’s willingness to check us in late, help us get settled, and recommended the BEST restaurant. Additionally, he helped us get a rental car for the day!

We loved the location as it was beside the beach and the airport. It's an hour and a half walk to the high-street restaurants which we didn't want to redo so we were allowed to order delivery for dinner. You can hear the planes but overall a very quiet area.

Room smelt of old damp dishcloth ,maybe a new mop and some hot water and disinfectant wash would help nearest restaurant 15 mins down an unlit uneven dusty path ,not good coming back fully fed!!

Nothing really....it was just what we needed.

We stayed one night straight from the airport on route to the ferry It was ideal. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at a restaurant right on the beach ten minutes away which was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Zak was very friendly and very helpful. It was perfect for our needs, close to the airport and close to the port for our ferry crossing the next day.

The shower head didn’t have anything to sit in on the wall so you just had to hold it.

Outstanding service from Zach, he got in contact the day of check in to provide us with all the necessary information. He even organised an airport shuttle for us which was super helpful as we landed very late at night but he was up and waiting to check us in at 12am.

Because of its proximity to the airport, you could hear planes landing and taking off above your heads at night and early in the morning - not something the hotel can change tho so all good :)

Lovely little property near the airport. If you have little ones they will love watching the planes take off and land. This is a basic hotel that has upscale frills. It has everything you need including a very comfortable bed , better than the fancy expensive resort we stayed in town. Clean, modern, comfortable. Need to mention we arrived having the worst travel day ever, and we were greeted by Zac the manager by the pool and outdoor bar. Within minutes we went from stressed to relaxed with a little conversation and the wine didn’t hurt either. Katrina the maid is as sweet as you get. This place is special.

You can hear the planes from the room, up to about 1am, but I must say they never impeded my sleep.

We had a great time at Hermoso Luxury Suites! Zach was super helpful before and during our stay, and helped us book a taxi from the airport, rent a car, gave us suggestions for our trips…made everything smooth for us! Breakfast was simple but with a good sweet and savoury choice and the location was quiet and just in front of the beach. Fira easily reachable by bus (there’s a bus stop 5 minutes from the hotel). The room was clean and comfortable; we were a bit worried for the proximity of the airport, but it turned out watching planes take off was the kids favourite activity for the evening!

Super friendly staff, we arrived late and they were still happy to make us a nice dinner and drinks. Suite was really spacious and had everything you could need, we were travelling with two teenagers and they had their own room. Super convenient for the airport - it was literally half an hour from landing to arriving at the hotel! This obviously means there is noise from planes which starts around 6am but they are really not that frequent so not a major issue. Would definitely stay there again as a good airport stopover!
