Location is bad Between airport pist Sea view but 20 Mn walk from see Simple basic room (nothing luxury as named) Poor breakfast (corn flakes, basic’ turkey, eggs and cheese.., same nothing luxury) Showed broken ! Not acceptable Smaller room than we can imagine This hotel is correct but not for 250€ et named luxury !

The beds were bed,the water in the sink or shower doesn’t drain. Smell of mold in the hotel. Terrible breakfast, basic and cheap food.

Property not as advertised. Dirty windows, dust on floor, ragged towels. Pool doesn’t look anything like photos. Booked for 4 nights, left after the first night to a different hotel. Very unhappy with the service and staff. Despite the awful service and rooms, they refused a partial refund. I cannot understand why anyone would stay here. I have never experience such poor standards and quality.

Nothing much. We loved everything.

Absolutely amazing property away from the hustle and bustle of the villages of Oia and Fira. It’s much closer to the airport and yet there was no disturbances. Zack was a pleasant and very helpful guy with a welcoming smile. Breakfast was excellent. Overall it was a memorable experience.

Exceptionally clean and modern. We flew in late and needed somewhere convenient to the airport. Staff were waiting for us on arrival and helped with all our luggage and helped with the baby. We had a very pleasant stay.

I like that the property was small and quaint.. it’s very accessible to the Santorini Airport. I was traveling solo, so it was perfect for me . The manager, Zack, was very informative and accessible. He was quick to respond to my messages any time that I sent him a text. During my stay, my iphone charger broke and he allowed me to use his and even brought it to my room. The hospitality at Hermoso Luxury Suites was wonderful!! I will definitely stay at this property again!!

I recently stayed at Hermoso Luxury suites and I am beyond impressed with the level of hospitality I experienced. From the moment I arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The property is super clean , breakfast was amazing , transportation arranged , my children felt well pampered and cared for during our stay , they can’t wait o go back.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It has plenty of space for a relaxing staying. There was a decent size safe box where I could keep my valuables safe. The property is in a walking distance from lovely restaurants and public transport. Zack, the host, is very friendly and caring, he made our stay even better. He answered to our needs every time we asked for help.

Not a negative point, but we recommend renting a car, motorcycle or ATV. It will bring more freedom to move. We were there in the middle season and it was easy and peaceful to park the car near Fira, Imerovigli or Oia (6 or 8 minutes walk away).

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an excellent experience! We loved everything, the accommodation, bed, shower and the pool is a good size (depth from 1.20m to 1.60m). And the breakfast is very good, an added comfort to have breakfast available in the pool area overlooking the sea! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they help with anything you need. My wife was having her birthday and I ordered flowers, wine and a special cake (without sugar, eggs and milk). The location is good, centralized on the island. Close to Fira, Perívolos and 20 minutes from Oia or the Lighthouse in the south of the island.
