Nothing to dislike.

Oh this property is gorgeous. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. I booked this place as a 30th birthday present for my partner, and Martha gave us a free upgrade to the most gorgeous room with a caldera view. We were so shocked with the hospitality and how kind the staff were. The breakfast was simple and delightful, eggs, toast, bacon, fruits, pastries, cereals, juices, yoghurt. The nutella doughnuts and honeydew melon were my favourite and the view at the breakfast restaurant was spectacular. We asked Martha at reception about the buses (the taxis are extortionate prices at €35 for one way journeys) and she advised us well and printed off a timetable for us and telling us the bus for Fira stops every 20 mins and it’s €2 each. We got the bus every single day for that cheap price. The buses were not normal buses, they were actually coaches with air conditioning which was delightful in the heat. They take you from Akrotiri to Fira, for which you can get any bus from Fira to Oia, Kamari, airport, Perissa etc until last bus time 8pm at night. Akrotiri was a lovely little village with a castle to walk up to and about 6-7 local restaurants about a 10 minute walk to. The Caldera beach was a 5 minute walk away. Stunning. I also went horse riding in Akrotiri nearby. You couldn’t ask for more with this hotel. The pool area was stunning and barely used. The room was fabulous with a tv with Netflix and Amazon prime in the evening, air conditioning, comfy bed, plenty of space with a fridge and free tea/coffee on arrival. Room service every day. Everything was so quiet and peaceful. You get everything you need here: kindness, hospitality, breakfast, views, location, beach/restaurants. We will be staying here again. Thank you Martha and staff who made such a pleasurable and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come again.

The views! The Staff went above & beyond! As I contacted a stomach bug (not from Santorini) and became quite ill after arriving at the accommodation I can not speak highly enough of Marta and the rest of the staff who went out of their way to ensure I was as comfortable as possible! 5 star service! A lot of light comes into the room as soon as the sun rises, so bring a sleeping mask if this bothers you. It can get very windy and there are a lot of noises from the external furniture because of that. The hotel replaced our water bottles everyday (2 bottles daily), but it was short for 2 people considering the water is not potable in Santorini.

The panoramic view is really wonderful, very relaxing to seat and the balcony and enjoy the quiet of the sea. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was high quality, with fresh fruit and bread, eggs, yogurts, etc, all quite tasty.

The water pressure is tragic. There is only a little bar, but a supermarket is nearby and there are few nice restaurant in Akrotiri.

The view is magnificent. The beach (Calderona) is just a few minutes away (literally under the hotel). The pool is fantastic -- it almost feel as a see since it's salt.

It's all good. It's just a shame that the pool closes at sunset, along with the bar. But this is no big deal.

I had high hopes for our stay at Santorini view and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have done more. From the great recommendations for dinner to our beers being delivered to our sun beds we were looked after. Breakfast was great and had an excellent choice which was constantly being refilled. As for the views they are stunning. Akrotiri is a 10 minute walk and had several nice places to eat our favourite being Portobello. All in all an amazing holiday made extra special by the staff
